Golden Bear Physical Therapy Rehabilitation & Wellness

There are a lot of Physical Therapy groups out there but Golden Bear Physical Therapy in El Dorado Hills stands out above the rest because of their outstanding staff. The minute you walk in you are greeted by the friendly staff. Brandon was my physical therapist and he was excellent. He is very intelligent and knows his stuff and at the same time so positive , friendly and of course motivating. The PT assistants were all professional and patient as I did my exercises. They all had clear goals to help relieve my pain and get me back on track. I highly recommend this group and if I need PT again I will request them. I included a picture of my graduation day. Feel so much better and empowered to practice preventive care 💗

I had gotten bone contusions on both of my knees and was unable to walk without pain for months. I finally went to a physical therapist (Golden Bear), and fully recovered in one month. I am now able to sprint, jump, walk for hours completely painless. The staff are amazing. They are quite funny and knowledgeable.

Here I am with my DPT Jessica. She is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, patient, and FUN!! My therapy sessions are unique & helpful each week. The staff is wonderful and my appointments always start on time. Great music and great atmosphere, I highly recommend Golden Bear PT!!

Amazing therapists!!! I have been working with Jessica and Ling for problems with my neck. I came in as a mess and definitely see a difference now. Awesome staff, they have helped me so much! Very clean and relaxing environment. I highly recommend.

There is only one physical therapist and he fixes appts with multiple patients at the same time. He hardly spends time and listening. For most of the time the assistants take over. I won't recommend it.

Very impressed with Jessica, she is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Great atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. Also great having access to videos of my home exercises program
