I could go on forever. This place is amazing. From the warm welcome at reception, to the ease of scheduling (and rescheduling) appointments, to the high level of care, to the fun along the way, they've got a really good thing going on here. Genuinely nice and helpful people. They ALL work nonstop. Simple yet effective fixes to long term issues. I have simple moves to keep at it now that I'm discharged. You will not be disappointed at gold medal physical therapy. It's kind of like a spa day covered by insurance...for me. Thank you! Mr. Boss man...please be extra generous to your healers this season if you can. I was at the Perry Hall location, but I'm sure both are equal. Same people.

The staff at Gold Medal is amazing. I've worked with almost everyone there, and they have always been helpful, compassionate, and kind. I've been going there for almost 5 months now, and I wouldn't have chosen anywhere else to go. I'm very thankful for the great staff at Gold Medal! On a side note, the bathrooms are always clean, as is the gym. The helpers in the gym make sure everything is clean, and will answer all of your questions. The front desk staff is kind and amazing too. I highly recommend this facility for all your physical therapy needs.

All therapists are very well qualified caring and flexible for care depending on my specific condition. They have optimized my spine therapy for success. The techs are also very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Kevin the owner explained their values and objectives and is v rt y technically qualified also. Always on time for appointments with plenty of room for therapy. Glad I found gold medal, they are so much better than ATI.

I was referred by my primary care to Gold Medal three months ago, and it was my first experience with the practice. Everyone was so friendly! The therapists, the techs, the staff at the front desk---they all made me feel welcomed and valued. I also learned a lot about my specific issues and how to resolve them, even after I was discharged. They'll treat you right here!

Just had my 4th spinal surgery. I'm back at my favorite physical therapy location, Gold Medal Physical Therapy. They have helped me through all of my surgeries and PT "tune-ups" since 2005. I wouldn't go anywhere else, except for their other location in Perry Hall. Their compassion and empathy for your physical and mental well-being are welcome change from today's health care norm. If you're in need of physical therapy, give them a try, you won't regret it!

I started with Gold Medal PT about two weeks ago, suffering from Idiopathic Neuropathy. During my lifetime I never found that Physical Therapy helped me. In fact it made my problems worse. Until I found Gold Medal. I must say that the entire staff from the girls at the front desk to the Therapists (Rick, Tim, Alicia) are all exceptional. I am treated as a person; not just a patient. The staff is friendly, communicates well and understands my problems.. It isn't easy dealing with the public; I should know (having been in Law Enforcement) but these guys are all first class! THANK YOU GOLD MEDAL FOR MAKING MY REHABILITATION SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO!!

I had a fractured kneecap that required reattachment of ligaments. In just over 2 -1/2 months since I was permitted to bend my reassembled knee, I have the ability to bend it 115 degrees. They were able to build upon the work of my surgeon, and greatly aided in helping me regain mobility. The staff are all knowledgable, professional and friendly. Please consider them if you're looking for quality physical therapy.

Everybody in Bel Air from the front desk to the staff, therapists, and techs provide amazing client experiences. I came in with major pain due to a bulging disk. They treated me slowly and progressed as I healed. I highly recommend them!!
