Gold Leaf Physical Therapy is the best! Their Care Team's expertise, knowledge, and tremendous care is beyond amazing! The care I receive at Gold Leaf is always tailored for me and my specific needs. I enjoy the consistent friendly and compassionate care I have received, along with their comfortable atmosphere! The office staff is very helpful and very nice to work with as well! I have not had this type of overall top notch care at any other physical therapy facility! Last but not least, Gold Leaf's technology and equipment, such as their new ultrasound, is very impressive! I highly recommend Gold Leaf for any physical therapy needs!

Gold Leaf originally helped me recover from a back injury years ago. So when I suffered a shoulder injury it was only natural that I would come back to see Alissa. The family owned clinic makes you feel like you’re part of their family, not just another patient. Alissa is extremely knowledgeable and obviously passionate about her career. I would highly recommend her for all your physical therapy needs!

I feel confident in the therapists here. I struggled with billing and administrative issues. I made a large payment, but the bill amount didn't change. After about 6 weeks of communicating with gold leaf's admin staff we found the payment was applied to the wrong person (same last name, a dumb mistake, but understandable). After resolving this issue, I expected a bill for a few hundred dollars. However, over the subsequent iterations of my bill, the amount fluctuated wildly with no clear explanation why. I did not receive proof that my original payment was correctly applied until I'd asked multiple times. I had to deal with their billing contractor directly because Gold Leaf wasn't able to help me effectively. When I asked Gold Leaf for my account numbers, so I could communicate more easily with the billing co, Gold Leaf couldn't provide it. The billing company rep was annoyed, clearly Gold Leaf has a history of sloppy work or inconsistent work from the billing company's perspective. All this time my outstanding bill continued to age - giving me the impression that I might go to collections. It was a huge hassle, lasted probably 4 months. As I said, the professionals running the floor are kind and competent. The manager and team members that handle billing/scheduling is frustrating, as the billing company rep said, 'I guess they need some training'. I'll be looking for a new provider next time I need PT.

Every time I go to my appointments at Gold Leaf I have an amazing experience. All of the employees genuinely want to help and the treatments are very effective. Anytime I need something that is physical therapy related I will be going to Gold Leaf.

I signed up with Gold Leaf for my second total knee replacement. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Professional, friendly, almost like a family of incredibly talented professionals whose sole goal was to get me to full function as quickly as possible. I've graduated from PT now and am doing the next part of my recovery on my own. I will eternally grateful to all of the team at Gold Leaf and will recommend to everyone. You guys ROCK!

I received excellent PT care at Gold Leaf after knee surgery. I especially thought they were stellar at tailoring care for both age and physical ability. I loved the on-line exercises and stretches that made it easy to continue at home between sessions. Also liked the affordable monthly program they offer after the Medicare runs out. Nothing but kudos for the professionalism of keeping a clean, safe, mask-wearing space during the Covid Pandemic. Alissa, Conner and Jason, thanks for all the good care! Great to be limp free!
