Goin Beyond Physical Therapy

Joy is the best physical therapist I've ever had/dealt with. I've had other issues where I've seen PT's and she's been remarkable. Her education, experience and approach is realistic, considerate and appropriate. I'm doing extremely well with my PT which I actually don't mind/look forward to and that has Never been the case. And, I'm having wonderful progress thanks to Joy!

It has been wonderful working with Joy Goin for physical therapy following my knee injury. The exercises have helped me to get better, and she always explains everything clearly and patiently. She also helped me find a great stationary bike at a discounted price, so I could use it to strengthen my knee. I also appreciate the privacy of the beautiful office space (which has a view from the window) and the fact that Joy always wears a high quality mask. Joy Goin is the embodiment of her name. She brings joy and hope to the physical therapy you need with incredible knowledge and skill. She is excellent at making sure you know the "why" behind your treatment and she is compassionate about your pain. If you need help with pain relief or any kind of physical therapy, Joy is your #1 resource.

Honestly, I don’t often write reviews, but my heart is in this one because of the relief and rehabilitation I received from Joy. I first met Joy 20+ years ago, after I had knee surgery. Due to complications, I had a long road of recovery ahead of me. Joy traveled that road with me and helped me regain 100% of the strength and mobility of my knee. During one of my treatments, Joy recognized a separate injury from my knee injury, which my surgeon did not pick up on. She contacted my surgeon and expressed her concerns. This led to my hip flexor tendon release surgery. When I completed physical therapy with Joy, I was back to 100%! Joy is a treasure and a real healer!
