Unfortunately I was unable to get an appt due to the continuous delay in scheduling my initial eval. My oncologist put my referral in 3 weeks (Oct) prior to receiving a call to schedule my initial visit for a mid morning work day in Nov or the end on Nov (Thanksgiving week). Now a month has past since my oncologist sent my referral. I received a call last week advising I met my out of pocket maximum so my visits would not cost anything and the insurance would cover it. Two days later I get a call saying the appt that I've been waiting and waiting for has to be rescheduled to the end of December because the PT would not be able to do a proper eval for the time I was originally scheduled for. I was slated for an hour time slot. It seems pretty convenient that since I am not paying a co payment, people were still scheduled during my eval time and now I can't be seen. I was told the next available date to reschedule is the end of my insurance calendar year, which restarts in January. As a breast cancer thriver who just underwent a mestectomy in September 2024, I am hurt, disgusted, and confused by the institute's lack of customer service for an individual who is simply trying to improve her range of motion in an effort to resume a "new" normal life. This was a poor representation of a Baptist Health affiliate. Up to now, I have had the best physicians and staff associated with Baptist Health.

I give 5* for Tricia. She is caring and knowledgeable about the pelvic floor. I take one star off because of the billing department. I was told there is no copay but my insurance say otherwise and I am expecting a huge bill anytime soon. Also, this facility charge a lot. Not to mention that every time I came to this facility my name was not even o their scheduling list so I had to check in every single time. I had to stop going there because of the high costs.

The worst "Rehab" center. My son had an appointment with Alexandra. She claimed to evaluate my son for therapy. This was after taking a history and only had my son on the table for about 15 minutes. This was late in the afternoon and my son was exhausted. My Son is disabled due to a brain aneurysm. He has been having therapy for over 3 years. This was the worst therapist I have encountered. On the second visit , Alexandra claimed to have discussed only "teaching me to transport my son from the wheelchair to the table. I was instructed to bring his neck brace to work on "core strength". She claimed that she did not discuss this . I remember her talking about the standing frame and things we could work on, including transfers. I then talked to the Manager , Rick or Rich whom literally made fun of my son because his head and neck drop down when he is sitting esp, when he gets tired, The whole attitude there is if you are disabled, you should not "bother" having therapy and just stay home. Alexandra stated that if this had just happened to my son he would get therapy !!!!. She is not qualified to determine this. His Neurologist told us to continue therapy , it,s the best course of treatment. I told this to Rick or Rich, he said " they know more then the Doctors, WOW.......I left crying and upset . Our life is difficult enough without more stress..........I wanted to let people know about this facility. .

I ONLY write 1's and 5's. 1 is a warning to the public, a 5 is I've done the research, have experience, save your time go here. NEED A GREAT NEURO PT? Shana Shafer, DPT (Doctorate!) is it . She is so bright, informative, patient, determined to help and kind, you won't regret it. I was "fixed" in record time after a head injury caused balance and vertigo issues. But her expertise covers much more difficult neurological issues than mine. My internist specifically referred me to her! Ask your MD if a neuro pt could help you. If you've already been to one, try again, don't give up. My experience: I played pro/amateur racquetball tournaments for 38 years. All my surgeons were Team Physicians + Chairman of Sports Med. at top Univ's. besides having my fair share of injuries. I KNOW top medical care. Having 2 world renown University MD brothers helps. I've also seen the best PT's in the country. Shana is now added to my list especially in Florida, what a nightmare. Finding great medical care in Florida is like threading a needle without readers. Good luck. I wish you well.

If you notice, "every" response to a legitimate complaint is the same. What did I tell you.. SAME RESPONSE.

After an unfortunate series of strokes in January, my neurologist indicated that I would require lengthy physical and occupational therapy to regain full use and function of my left side. . Josh Campanella was the physical therapist that I had been assigned to. He has been one of the most crucial components of my physical recovery that I can put a name to over the last two months. Josh provides periodic evaluations to determine the depth and range of my recovery and always ensures that each of my sessions is to best benefit my needs and always with my safety and physical needs in check, as part of the team, Nate and Owen assist almost every session so that there is not even a slim chance that I will lose my balance or in someway take a misstep. One of the best traits of this group, is that you feel a true part of it. While recovery has been a challenging process after my most current stroke, Josh, Nate, Liam and Owen have made the physical recovery part almost a team and joint effort. This team works very hard to ensure that my safety is at the top of the priority list and we start each session with a rundown of any physical symptoms or new ailments that I am currently experiencing. I have suffered from high blood pressure for more than two decades, after being in the hospital for two weeks and suffering multiple strokes, Josh did not take this lightly. . Josh routinely inquires about any cardiac updates or medication changes. Josh monitors me as a complete person, not just a recovering stroke victim. I genuinely can see Care and a true desire from my house, in this team of Josh, Nate, Liam and Owen that let me know that my recovery and my progress is not just my journey, but a part of theirs as well. I am so grateful that I was lucky enough to be paired with Josh as after two months I am already walking and moving much more independently than I was when I first started. Josh even recommended an orthopedist to have an evaluation done for a foot brace to stabilize my left foot and help correct my balance, so that I could return to a normal walking gate more easily. I also received occupational therapy twice weekly as well and again I hit the winning numbers by getting Julie and Anna as my occupational therapists. These women are absolute dynamos. They use every minute of our sessions to encourage strength and rebuilding of tactile and kinesthetic abilities in my left hand. They are genuinely interested in my recovery and my experiences and are very encouraging every session. both Julie and Anna incorporate daily and common items into therapy for routine practice. Overall, I could not be more pleased with my experiences and the therapists that I work with at the Drummond rehabilitation center. I rarely leave reviews as most of my medical practitioners. Don’t leave impressions on me past the initial appointment. However, I am truly grateful as I feel that Julie, Anna , Josh, Nate and Owen have an actual interest in me personally and they genuinely want to help and build my recovery journey . I was able to work with William (Liam)for a few sessions, and before the first meeting, he had debriefed with Josh and I felt that he was very well prepared for our sessions, it was obvious he had looked at my health and medical info, and that he knew my limits .and created similar exercises that were challenging but awesome!I feel it i that these highly trained therapists have been Integral during my recovery journey, and I am truly And deeply appreciative to work with Josh, Nate, Owen, Liam, Anna and Julie every week. Can’t speak highly enough for this team. THEY ARE THE BEST! Words don’t express the level of care and dedication you will receive at this center.

I am in the diabetes class and I have learned so much, it has changed the way I eat, I have lost weight. I highly recommend this class. I am so thankful I found this center. I also want to add that I go to the ostomy nurse karen and she has been a life saver. Can't find an ostomy nurse in pbc, took me almost a year, I am so thankful for her. You all are great.

dr Ariel Schumer is amazing for pelvic physical therapy. She was gentle, kind and helped so much with my pain. I was given a plethora of resources. Parking is easy, check in is good. The center is clean and beautiful. My only gripe- nothing to do with her, is that it was difficult getting ahold of someone to speak to when initially trying to do intake. But when I did get someone to speak to she was kind and helpful
