In a word…AMAZING!!! Great staff and quality occupational therapists. The work towards bring my hand back to recovery has been extremely successful up to this point. Creative and innovative tools and exercises have been quite challenging with positive results. The enthusiasm generated and the care that is provided, make Global Reach a place you want to go to if you need help!!!

I had osteoarthritis in my left thumb for almost ten years, and instead of cortisone shots, my physician performed surgery to alleviate the throbbing pain and discomfort. My physician also recommended Magdalena with Global Reach, who has provided me with exceptional services and OT. Magdalena and her staff are a delight to be around, always professional, and knowledgeable answering any questions. Magdalena provided one-on-one personal treatment for my condition, strengthening my left thumb with stretches, exercises, and new techniques. I highly recommend Global Reach to anyone who is seeking experts in OT or PT.

Broke my wrist, had surgery. I didn't know what to expect with OT as I've never had it before, but my surgeon required I get in to see one. Magdalena did some small stretches on my wrist that, with each visit, increased my range of motion. The take-home advice was all great stuff but the stretches are where I saw the most improvement. Highly recommend.

Global Reach consistently provided in depth and personalized care. They prioritized my education about my injury, associated risks, and ways I could help my progress outside of therapy. They spent ample time with me each session. They always have wonderful attitudes, great advice, and provide so much encouragement to get their patients through recovery. I really appreciated their creative individualized approach to therapy and how much time the therapists would spend with me each session. I always left feeling better than when I came in. The results that we were able to achieve after my injury was amazing, way better than I thought I would get. Would highly recommend.

the receptionists are so nice and everyone has became some of my most favorite people. alicia is the best occupationial therapist i ever had the whole place 10/10 would recommend to all my friends n family !!

This place for physical therapy is very clean and very educated staff. I started my hand therapy and upper arm therapy here. I have a lot of improvement in my hand and upper arm. I recommend this place to everyone. All staff is very nice, friendly and takes good care of me. I feel my self lucky to be here.

I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional therapy care I received and appreciate the support in managing my injury. The staff are both friendly and highly knowledgeable.
