The service, atmosphere and all the employees are awesome at this establishment. I was well taken care of, the office is clean and they won't have you waiting all day like most offices. First impressions mean everything and Helen and Keith were extremely welcoming. They were kind and we were greeted with smiling faces. Their welcoming bubbly personalities made me feel like I knew them already. Dr.Ryan Brooks took his time in explaining the treatment and he went more into depth as far as my injuries go, he even took the time to answer my mom’s questions as well. Thank you for answering all of my questions Dr.Brooks and making me comfortable with my treatment plan. I will most definitely be recommending all of our friends and family who need a pain management doctor. Thank you all, I feel like I’m on the right road to recovery.

Dr. Brooks is an amazing doctor! Helen is so sweet and amazing! She makes me feel so comfortable when doing the procedure with Dr.Brooks is also great with his light hands when it comes to the numbing part of the procedure then after that it’s a breeze. Keith is a great he always comes in the room happy full of energy !

Yesterday was the first time my daughter was seen at Global Neuro & Spine. All the staff were very welcoming, very professional, very helpful and very informative. They made my daughter feel like she was the only patient in the world, she matters/her health matters and was provided the red carpet treatment healthcare. There is just no comparison! Dr.Brooks and his team Vickie,Helen,Keith are above and beyond everyday! I have been a patient 6 years, it has gone through an unbelievable transformation! The knowledge,the kindness,there dedication to their jobs!They have transformed this location! Absolutely love them! They are the best at what they do!

My experience today was way better than I expected. ANA was Amazing!!! Because of Ana, I was able to relax and feel better during the entire procedure. She talked to me during the whole process to make sure I was OK and did not feel any pain, she even went out of her way to assist me during the next step of the procedure. Ana was patient and very professional. Ana truly cares about the comfort of each patient. We need more employees like Ana!!! Thank you so much ANA !

Staff is top notch! Vickie, Helen, Keith and Dr. Brooks are a delight to deal with and pay attention to every detail! Appointments are quick and efffective and they always have a smile on their faces!
