Global Neuro & Spine Institute - Palm Bay

I honestly don't have the words to describe just how fantastic this Palm Bay office actually is. My heart goes out to each and, every one of them. Dr. Malik is amazing. From the very start he discussed everything with me about my condition... Test results... Future plans.. past experiences with other doctors. Very compassionate and an all around good guy. Paul, amazing! Understanding, polite respectful. The staff talk to you like your family. I would never go anywhere else and, recommend the Palm Bay office to anyone in need of an office where you always feel at home. Outstanding!! Definitely deserved more stars than allowed. I don't understand why my other reviews have been removed though. Maybe it should be addressed!!

I find the staff and Doctor do not listen. The simplest of task turn into months of issue. My prescriptions changed and I needed the pharmacy to be notified of the date the prescription changed. It took me 4 months and 7 phone calls and 3 doctor appointments to get this. The office do not understand the pharmacy could not fill the prescription every time as the records showed I still had an additional week of medication.

Receptionist are very friendly , always in a good mood which makes your visit enjoyable. Doctor Malik has a good bedside manner by talking to you as a friend and not just a patient and answers any questions you may have about your procedure you’re having done. This is one Doctors office I actually look forward to going to!!! Oh I can’t leave Dr. Paul out, he has that, I’m not just your doctor but your friend too way about him 👍.

Global Neuro & Spine at Palm Bay is an exceptional office. The staff under Dr. Malik is Courteous and professional. Anabelle, Genesis, Alicia, and of course the PA Paul are a wonderful team that make you feel welcome, well cared for, and confident that you are getting the best medical care. As a bonus the appointments are on time and there is little to no waiting to be seen.

Staff and Doctors are excellent communicators. Paul explain my MRI results in details and in plain language for me understand and feel comfortable with the MRI findings. Thanks!

Very great office staff as long as you’re slightly early or right on time for your appointment typically your general in to see the doctor and out before you know it. I cannot say enough about the office Staff really has a great personality with the patient’s, but as always, if you give people respect and patience with whom you’re dealing/working with you will receive the same back so if you have a bad time there, it’s more likely you’re giving them a hard time. Also, very easy to work with and understanding. The doctors listen staff listens, all-around great experience. I’m leaving this review as of the day after my visit of 7/19/23

Starting with Annabelle, Genesis and Paul great staff and Dr Malik is a great doctor. I highly recommend them. This place is professional & the Staff makes one feel like “family” thank you All!
