I was there to see a love one for the first time everyone was nice an considerate My love one said they were good to her

I want to review the staff. My Mother has been here around 11 weeks on rehab side. They have took excellent care of her. She has made friends with all. I wouldn’t want to leave anyone out because all have been very good. However I feel I must thank Susan, Sandra and Thomas for going beyond for her. Mother is still pretty sharp for almost 98 years old she says they take care of me. They took her in and treated her like she was theirs. Thank you.

So much have changed since I've started in 2016 and left but I'm back now and it's under new management and a different vibe the New DON is all about her. Residents and Team she treat us with the up most respect and so does our administrator. Who even comes on the floor and help pass trays and fix problems that most won't even care to. Glenwood is a amazing place full of amazing people who have stories to tell of how they lived amazing lives and THRIVE everyday knowing we care💓💓

This facility is precious. Terry and Beth are wonderful! They are patient and kind. Residents are well loved!

I continue to refer many loved ones of my family and friends to this facility, with the confidence that the caring staff there will provide the best quality of service. I recommend this facility based on my past experiences as a caregiver there in the past, and knowing those who continue to provide wonderful service. Great Job Glenwood!! Keep on Shining!!

Although the Facility was under staff today, they still over came any obstacles that they may have been facing. The place was clean.

This facility like all others could use a bigger maintenance budget. Staff is friendly but overextended at times. Overall a 9 of 10.

Our family recently had cause for our dad to be cared for at Glenwood, and we can't say enough about how well-treated he was, and how nice the staff were there! We were so impressed by the overall appearance of the facility as well. It was sparkling clean and well-maintained. The attitude of the staff was just exceptional as well. It means a great deal to know your loved one is in good hands, in attractive and clean surroundings. Thank you, Glenwood.
