6 months to book, no communication, HMO sent approval 5 times. Problems with scheduling because of rude insulting front desk Girl, Angelea, who made a mistake. I arrive, told I am not scheduled, arranged appointmrnts & car service 2 weeks ago. , & she verbally attacked & insulted. What disrespect, unptofessuonal. I don't see that any action was taken to correct her. Outrageous. Only 1 appointment this week, tried to make 2 weeks ago, 2 a week. 20 minutes of Therapist arguing & lecturing me. I kept asking him to stop & do exercises. He is head PT & thinks he is smarter than he is, And is wrong 60%. Refused to let me do some benefical exercises. of course he wasted 20 minutes in my only lession this week. There is new management under the hospital program. Supposed, a social worker to trouble shoot. Where is she? This is nearby. But I may have to look for services elsewhere. When I told Kevin I was enjoying the s3ssion. He said I sm not supposed to enjoy it. A very bad attitude.
