Glen Island Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation

Glen Island is one of the best nursing homes I’ve ever seen. They took a really good care of my loved ones. The staff are so sweet. I love the outdoor space where we can spend with our loved ones. I recommend this place to everyone.

Best Rehab in New Rochelle. The staff here are very friendly and take great care of my uncle. The rooms are very beautiful as well and spacious. They’re always on top of my uncles care

I highly recommend Glen Island Rehab. I was on the first floor and the Care was amazing. The Nurses, Aides, PT and OT were absolutely wonderful. Very caring, compassionate, professional and worked so well together as a team. The staff that ran the activities were terrific. They provided fun and interesting games, music (live and on screen), and much more. They encouraged everyone to participate. My room and anywhere I went in the facility is always kept clean. The fact that they also have a lovely outdoor patio was very important to me because I love being outdoors. I never felt cooped up in my room. All of the above had a positive impact on my speedy recovery. Many thanks to the staff at Glen Island Rehab.

I had my reservations about this place, but I was wrong. I was welcomed warmly by staff. They talked me through their process. As a medical worker myself, they follow protocol and guidelines and fed my family member in a timely matter. Well done! The atmosphere is calming as well.

My uncle was transferred here from white plains hospital. We have experienced other rehabs prior, so far this rehab has been the best one for my uncle. Andrew is very attentive to my uncles needs and is always willing to answer any questions. The food is actually very tasty and if I don’t like something on the menu they are always willing to accommodate me. The facility is always kept constantly cleaned.
