If you are thinking about bringing your loved ones or friends here, don’t. The administration is prejudiced as well as some of their staff including select nurses. It is very unprofessional, not to mention the place is crawling with unidentifiable bugs. I’ve witnessed it myself and even saw one in one of the residents beds. They lack professional equipment to care for residents and I will be reporting them to the state with proof. I will also be contacting a good friend of mine in DPH because i’m positive they wouldn’t be pleased to know how disgusting this place is. Not all of the staff are bad, there are really good people who work their but there are others who will smile in your face and act like they care when in all reality they could give 2 craps less about your family member and those are the ones who will get reported immediately. do not take this place into consideration at all.

My wife’s mom was there for many years. I would recommend it for my own mom. They treated my mother in-law with kindness and respect. They are an excellent facility!

As a former employee I can you this place is NOT caring at all. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADNS) Michael, is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. His bedside manor is disgusting. I had overheard him speak poorly about a few different patients. He also doesn’t know how to speak to his coworkers. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!!!!

All staff is real, kind and loving towards everyone. My husband is happy there and very content. I am very grateful for all staff.

Updated..EXCELLENT top notch healthcare facility. I know my mom's been there 8 years. I'm there almost every day. They are caring loving professionals. Whoever wrote the lesser reviews I looked at their profiles I didn't recognize any of them. I am constantly reminded by others I picked the right facility in comparison to other facilities. I've never had any care giver there tell me no, they go above and beyond. I am humbled and grateful my mom is in such good hands. An update.. My mom was there thru the covid lock down. Heroes these nurses are. Not only did they have to provide care in a difficult crisis for an extended period of time, they had to help all of the families cope. I have since lost my mom. My mom was loved there. It gives me great comfort she had the best staff to care for her. There wasnt one time that this staff didnt respond when i would i would ask them for help. Rest assured if your loved one enters these doors angels have them. I hold this staff in the highest regard.

An absolutely wonderful place. They are always very helpful and take very good care of you. I am very pleased with my overall experience.
