Get well urgent care was great, Customer service I look for. Empathy understanding and knowledge is what Get well urgent care provides. Professional staff is polite and knowledgeable. Dr. paid attention to my concerns and treated my issues accordingly. Fast service. I will return if needed .Good job Get Well.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The facility was clean and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I also liked the pharmacy being right there so it was a one stop deal.

Always Excellent service , excellent Nurses and Doctors. You feel the love as soon as you walk in the door , from the receptionist to the Nurse and the Doctor. I love bringing my self and family there. Keep up the excellent work, all the staff . Love y’all

Very unprofessional staff. Brought a friend here to help them find a referral for a few bone and joint issues and get treatment for GERD. Nurses were extremely rude to them, very dismissive of my friend's issues. Then one of the nurses came out back to the lobby to complain about my friend to the other nurses loud enough for the entire lobby to hear. In the end we paid a 35$ copay for a prescription for what was basically slightly stronger over the counter meds, no referrals, and a lot of embarrassment. We will never be coming back and recommend no one else ever comes here.

Very professional staff with complimentary Covid test. The physician was very great and helpful. He identified I had walking pneumonia. Thank you for helping me! I’m breathing a lot better

Woke up Saturday morning with a sore throat, still had it Monday felt sick, wanted to rule out covid, strep throat, and flu. Easily made an appt online. I'm a RN and was very impressed with the care I received. Saw provider, received diagnostic tests, and also conveniently got my prescription at their pharmacy, all in a very timely manner. Friendly staff, very clean facility, I would definitely recommend Get Well Urgent Care in Harper Woods.

Absolutely love this urgent care! They are fantastic with our children and I’ve never had a long wait. Front desk staff and the Dr are amazing!
