Gentry Medical Center - Community Physicians Group

I was scheduled for a 7:30 wellness appointment, I drive from Fayetteville and it was raining this morning. I was 10 minutes late. I walked in and told the girl at the front desk who I was and apologized for being late. She picked up the phone and called someone in the back. I assumed it was the nurse cause she said "Your No-Show is here". Obviously they had been talking about me. I would have much rather she tell me I needed to reschedule, rather than realize I was the butt of there morning joke. Now I wonder what else they discuss about me.

I won't go back. Saw a new nurse practitioner because my old one moved away. Couldn't get my prescription for 48 hours after the visit! Called three times to the office (incompetent support staff). Couldn't get, and am still waiting (after 10 days) for a simple blood test results. I always hear loud laughing and talking while in the waiting room. Very unprofessional.

I work here and I have to say it’s the best place to work. So much that I came back after being away for a few years due to medical issues. I’m not being biased but I would trust every provider here with any member of my family. I’ve seen each provider for something and I trust their input they are very knowledgeable and caring! Wouldn’t want to take my family anywhere other than Gentry Medical Center.

We have seen Dr. Mathur for child well checks for many years now and we love him and the rest of the staff. They are always very kind and we never have to wait long. He makes the appointments fun for the kids and always takes the time to answer any questions we may have. We are very grateful for this place!

I have called 5 times between yesterday andnthis morning to report that my prescription was never put back in , everytime they tell me the dr will call i wait all day checking the phone and nothing 5 times ive gone through this , i came in spent more money for blood work and they were suppossed put my refill in but they still havent .

I recently moved to Gentry and didn’t have a doctor around here. I’ve been sick for 5 days and finally went to a doctor. I was nervous about this place because there are a fair amount of bad reviews, but I had a wonderful experience. They got me an appointment within 2 hours of me calling to schedule. I waited less than 15 minutes once I was checked in. I was done with the whole thing within 30 minutes. The nurse was efficient, professional and kind. Dr. Casswell was extremely nice and quickly did my exam, listened to my complaints and gave me prescriptions to help me feel better. I will definitely be using this practice for my primary care. I HATE going to the doctor but they made it as quick and pain free as possible.

Friendly staff, love Dr Caswell, we don’t have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen.

The ladies at the front were nice, but the other staff I encountered were unprofessional. I could hear the nurse talking about me outside the room and laughing with another girl. I never even got to see an actual doctor, just a really young nurse who didn't really seem to know what she was doing.
