They deserve a zero star rating. Was referred by my pcp for home health care. They decide I need physical therapy without consulting my orthopedic Dr. Their therapist likes to call repeatedly, like 4 times or more in a row insisting he needs to come out. Someone needs to learn how to run that office and offer the services a person actually needs instead of opening their self up to one hell of a lawsuit!

I don't even see how they stay in business. The Hope Arkansas office is horrible! We had a nurse come out and do all the necessary paperwork. Next day we show up at moms at 8 am no CNA not even one scheduled. I call them up and they said they would have a CNA out the next day at 8 am. We show up at moms no CNA so we call the place up and they said they will have a CNA out at 8:30 am that was today and guess what no CNA no phone call nothing! They also said they can have someone at moms at 8 am and 5 pm now they say they can't find anyone on the weekend or evenings. So they lie like a carpet! Never beleive what they tell you!! Corporate is also going to get this as well and I hope someone that knows how to run a establishment takes over or shut them down!! We cancelled all services with them! We don't need help like that!

Loved the nurses so much Debbie was one of my favorites the therapy nurse was a sweet lady hard on me some days but I guess they are suppose to be huh

Home health is great . I would highly recommend. Hospice is a completely different story. Which is this for?

Nothing but the best, most professional care in the business. Friendly and professional staff. I recommend them.
