Genesis Outpatient Rehabilitation

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in for a PET CT scan. They are apparently short staffed and they refused to give the scan because they are claiming their technicians are having emergencies. I took time off of work for this appointment and they are not accommodating at all. I'm suffering in so much pain and have been bleeding for weeks due to my cervical cancer. I can't begin any time of treatment without this scan. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. They could have called in advance to let us know that there was no one available to do my scan. I traveled all the way from Naples to go to this facility. This place is terrible.

I would put zero stars if I could. But unfortunately I cannot this establishment was informed that I was going to be late and still let me come to the appointment knowing full well that I would not be able to be seen wasting my time and there’s I was asked to sit in the waiting room like normal when my name was called I got up and walked over and was informed that they would only going to be eight minutes left of my appointment and that I could reschedule. They knew full well that I was going to be late and they did not give me a heads up instead I am led to believe everything was OK and then I was embarrassed because I was informed while I was still in the waiting room there was no privacy when I was being informed.

They do a great job and they care about your success.
