General Baptist Nursing Home of Linn, MO

Ever since the administrator Clayton Cole left, leaving the business in the hands of a brand new fresh from her administrator's license, Jeannine Guyton, General Baptist is back to being the same as it always was before. Resident room rates have increased, CNAs and nursing are understaffed and struggling to care for the residents. You will often hear residents hollering for help from their rooms due to their call lights taking too long to be answered. Employees are hired based on their friendships and paid according to who they know rather than their abilities. Don't take this the wrong way, the CNAs and nurses on hand are amazing. There just aren't enough of them, and without good leadership they're all going to face significant burnout, thus impacting your loved ones.

General Baptist Nursing Home let my mom Fall 17 times . asked for mats they were never by her bed but across the room . she complained of them hitting her . there were bruises on her face .they said she only fell 7 times until we asked for the documents that said 17. Times! This home is unfit for human beings to be in the staff is a Joke. There was No Oxygen in her Tank when they had her by the Nurses Desk causing her to be disoriented. Christopher Campbell

This place is horrible. My sister arrived there today for physical therapy and their equipment is unsafe and broken. The wheel chair is wobbly and unsafe. The rollator walker is broken. The brakes don't work which puts her at great risk for falling. They don't even have a TV. This sub-par equipment is very hazardous for anyone. She is not able to stand up because of poor unsafe equipment. She is there to build up her physical strength not get injured.

Is under new ownership, it is now General Baptist Nursing Home Of Linn. I toured after they emailed from Indeed. I showed up without setting up an apt and walked through with 3 other CNAs. Fish and birds in main living area, beautiful and NO SMELL. Everyone looked well and no workers looked anything other than happy. I'm really excited to join the team in one more week.

So many great changes, So happy to work here! The residents are happy, the staff is happy, good to see this please working Sri well to provide great care!
