I had a great experience at Gaylord PT in Madison. my physical therapist was Garret and he was extremely helpful, my knee pain was resolved with the physical therapy exercises he showed me how to do. He also customized a plan for me to do strengthening exercises for bone health. The time spent learning the exercises was very thorough and eventually, I felt confident to bring this into my daily practice at home which I continue to do. Making the investment and commitment to do this is extremely beneficial and I’m grateful I had the professional and expert advice! It’s also a really nice facility open and airy very clean and pleasant with lots of windows.

I’ve been to several physical therapy facilities, this one knows their stuff. I used to see Andrew who was great, before I unfortunately had to take a break from going. I’m thrilled to share my positive experience at Gaylord Physical Therapy in Madison CT. I have been a patient for the past 6 months and my progress has been astounding. I became a patient after a severe patella break in which I had to remain bedridden for 4 weeks. Working with my physical therapist we created a plan to begin movement of the knee in hopes of a full recovery within a few months. My therapy had to be pretty intense inorder for my knee to regain its bend. My primary therapist was Shane but because I had to go so often, I also worked with Andy as well as Garrett. All three therapists along with Katelyn, the technician, worked as a team improving my therapy output. I have made huge strides with my mobility and I owe it all to the extremely talented and qualified staff at Gaylord. I have tried other physical therapy providers when I have experienced injuries in the past and received subpar treatment. After my injury I wanted to go to a place where I would get personalized care and attention from my physical therapist and that is exactly what I received at Gaylord. From the moment I set up my initial appointment to any extra assistance or questions, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and informed throughout my treatment. I highly recommend Gaylord Physical Therapy in Madison CT if you want to receive top-notch physical therapy services.

The care I received was absolutely exceptional. Starting with the male receptionist who received me the first time I was there to the therapist who was in charge of my case. They were both very welcoming and friendly. My therapist Andy was not only professional but knowledgeable, caring and empathetic.
