recently visited Gateway Rehab and Wellness Center in Mission Viejo, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Dr. Jack is an incredible chiropractor who really knows his stuff. His adjustments are precise and effective, leaving me feeling much better after each visit. The physical therapists, Erek Antis and Kammy Powers, are also fantastic. Erek’s approach is very thorough, and he always takes the time to explain the exercises and their benefits. Kammy’s sessions are both challenging and supportive, helping me to progress quickly. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant experience. The facility itself is clean and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a complete recovery. Thanks to their expert care, I completely recovered from my car accident injury within just three months. I always feel heard and cared for, which is so important. Overall, Gateway Rehab and Wellness Center offers top-notch care and I highly recommend it!

I popped my calf and my sister recommended Gateway. The staff is very friendly, they are flexible, and the facility is clean. Dr. Rafa did a good job of explaining the treatment and why laser, ultra sound, and physical therapy will help the muscle heal faster and help with the scarring process to help ensure the best possible outcome.

My experience at Gateway Rehab and Wellness Center with Dr. Rafa and his team exceeded my expectations. I have received chiropractic care for over 25 years, previously worked in a physical therapy clinic, and majored in kinesiology. The breadth and depth of care I was able to receive under a single roof blew me away. I walked through the doors with a debilitating migraine and limited range of motion in my neck and walked out feeling so much better I could cry. I've had a lingering knee injury I received while playing basketball about a year ago. After my initial visit with Dr. Rafa, he recommended PRP/Physical Therapy and after doing some homework I decided to give it a shot. It has now been about 3 months after the treatments and my knee feels stronger than ever! I recently took a 6-mile bike ride with ZERO pain!!! The entire experience has been amazing at GRWC! The entire staff is extremely welcoming, knowledgable and each visit had a custom plan laid out in advance with unique exercises, stretches, and therapies! If you are experiencing any pain at all, GRWC will improve your health & wellness!

I’ve been coming to Gateway for almost 3 years twice a month. It’s my own decision to come that often, I want to make sure I don’t have the same back problems other family members have had. I can say with confidence that I have had little to no back pain over that time and even haven’t gotten sick more than a handful of times. I love the way my body feels and the chiropractors and physical therapists here are top notch industry leaders. I always hear about them attending conferences and teaching others. You can tell after coming a few times that they really care and they continue to ask how you are doing both physically and life in general. If you’re wondering which chiropractor you want to go to, let me say you can stop your search. Dr. Rafa and his amazing staff can’t be beat!

I recommend Gateway Rehab and Wellness Center ! Professional and friendly staff, clean, organized and calm environment. They figure out what’s best for each individual, and don’t treat you in a “cookie cutter” style. I had Dr. Rafa after they had gone over my x-rays. The best treatment for me is the decompression of my neck and back. It’s been such a relief in pain since I have started working with him to get my neck and back pain less painful. I look forward to continuing my care with them.
