Steve Kempton, owner of Gateway PT is very responsive to questions. He sat down with my wife and did a very thorough exam on her knee. He discussed reasons for pain and possible solutions. We left the office completely satisfied and with all our questions answered. Would recommend this office for any patient suffering joint or soft tissue injury pain.

Mine is pretty much the same issue as others only they would only see me if I agreed to pay$65 per visit Even though my CO pay was$50 and I have a secondary insurance of Medicare. After my BCBS payed saying I was responsible for $50 per visit. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone to tell me if they billed my Medicare. Either way they owe me $15 for each visit I was seen. I quit going due to increased pain from PT. Courtney was very pleasant but didn't really feel like any one heard me

I saw Dr. Steven Kempton for about 3 months to help with radial nerve pain in my left arm. When I first started seeing him my pain was at an all time high. Slowly the pain started going away and I started regaining strength in my arm again. Great friendly staff, and I felt like Dr. Kempton truly cared about my recovery. Highly recommended.

If you have a long term syndrome, this isn’t the place for you. If you need a reasonable accommodations list, this place isn’t for you! The reason why is bc they treat you like any other “injury” that walks thru their door. Cortney was listening, Shae was typing but didn’t clarify my responses, and Steve (the PT) couldn’t give a lick about you. The whole time he was asking me questions, not once did he look up from his phone. He did some basic mobility but that was it. I tried to advocate for myself on what I needed and got no results or feedback, just the same story. Ive been to physical therapists in the past for injuries and knew exactly what to expect and to get out of the therapy. This office was the opposite. Shae and Steve couldn’t care less about what I was requesting or needing from my syndrome to keep working. And when I got my eval from my dr about it, even he agreed that I needed to change physical therapists. My dr won’t recommend his patients to his office after this fiasco!
