Gassaway Physical Therapy

The entire PT staff are wonderful and caring. Tracy never gave up on finding an answer on what would work to alleviate my shoulder pain. There really aren’t any words to express my appreciation. She was awesome! Highly recommend Gassaway Physical Therapy!

EDIT!! So I’m assuming that they truly could care less about taking care of folks. I was told in the reply to the original review that if I wanted to talk about this review further the email them (they gave the email address below) it’s been several days now and crickets from them. So if I have any advice for anyone looking for a place for therapy do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!! I cant say anything good or bad about the therapist because I’ve Tried for almost a week to get an appointment for therapy. Faxed my stuff to them like they asked then called on Monday to make sure they got it and they did. The lady was really nice so by Wednesday I hadn’t heard anything so I called back and was told that another lady was working on it and she promised me she would call me Thursday with an appointment time. Well it’s Thursday and I never got a call so I called them and the same lady said “Lisa was supposed to call you, did she not call” well no Lisa didn’t call me. 4 days is a little crazy just to make the appointment in my opinion. So I’m now going to have to look for another therapist because honestly if they can’t handle making appointments I’m probably better off looking elsewhere.

The people are so nice and always trying to help. Brooklyn is healed up enough to be able to do sports and things she loves to do!!!

Helpful, friendly staff. They seemed to truly care about helping my knee problem. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. Helped me to where I’m doing much better and I highly recommend them.

Gassaway Physical Therapy has the most kind group of employees. They absolutely work with you and have a plan for your injury unfortunately I need surgery.

After total knee replacement all the people at Gassaway Physical Therapy worked with me to achieve my best possible recovery. Some days were tough but with care and concern and always a friendly attitude we got through them. A wonderful place for therapy, very professional and interested in getting you better. I’ll go back in the fall for the left knee therapy after replacement.
