I hurt my back pretty badly and I could not sit at all - the pain getting up was excruciating. I went to Gaspar Physical Therapy in Solana Beach based on my sister's recommendation, and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Abbey and she is really excellent. The treatment and the exercises all helped tremendously. She is caring, funny, sociable, and extremely knowledgable. The office staff and the doctors are all so friendly and professional. I hope I never need therapy again, but if I do, I know exactly where to go.

I have seen Kevin for 3 different running injuries over the last 3 years and each time I've had seen a huge improvement in short amount of time. Kevin's approach is really specific to my training needs and addresses existing muscle weakness and imbalances that affect my running power and economy. My doctor recommended Jeff from Gaspar in Solana Beach, and over the next two months (instead of 4-6) I completely healed up thanks to the staff and therapists. Jeff is an all around all star. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and a very clear communicator when addressing your injury, easing the whole process and reducing anxiety. And he's just a superb human being. Beyond Jeff, the whole staff is welcoming and gives off a really good energy. All the therapists are very good at what they do and the front desk and therapist assistants were all on point.
