I had truly exceptional service at Gaspar Physical Therapy's Torrey Highlands office! Gabby treated me for about 6 months and was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind. She was so thoughtful in her approach and always made sure I was comfortable. The staff in general were fantastic too - all of the aides were so nice and great at their jobs. Hannah at the front desk was also so helpful and kind. Overall, my experience was great and I am doing so much better after my treatment. I highly recommend the office and am so grateful for all of their help :)

I've been working with Spencer for a number of years for various injuries and basic wear and tear. He never disappoints! Spencer is very knowledgeable and professional and is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. Additionally, his personality and subtle sense of humor immediately puts you at ease. I always feel I am in very competent hands!

Best therapists and worst billing department. They charged my insurance and insurance paid 100% for the visit, however they charged my card also. Now even after 5 months of that even they still have not refunded me the money. Every time I call they tell me that they refunded 2-3 weeks back and go check with your bank. Bank has no record of any refund. Every time different date and amount refunded. It seems like they are just stalling so that I stop calling. It is very sad that they would use some low tactics to trick people. Worst part is they have outsourced the billing to another company which is really not interested in solving this. I wish my review was not overshadowed by the billing issue. Updates: After the review they refunded the overcharged amount quickly as a check. Not sure what happened to their claims of already refunded to your card etc. Now on the therapy part: I would say they are really good. Therapists and support staff is really looking to get you better soon. They worked well with me. It almost feels like the therapists have a healing touch. Even after all the billing fiasco I would still go back to them in future needs, but watch their billing style :) 5 stars for therpaists and 0 for billing department.

Id been going to Gaspar Physical Therapy on Torrey Highlands for the last 3 years for rehabilitation on my right and left knee total knee replacement. My right knee is already healed and my left knee treatment is on going now. I come to this clinic because of Spencer my physical therapist. He made my rehabilitation easy and non stressful. I called him my hero. Spencer is my educator, he plans for my treatment, he strengthens and stretches my postoperative knee by himself followed by his aids to make sure am doing my exercises correctly. I like one to one treatment for continuity of care. He based hi treatment according to my goal, my age, and what is best for me. I trusted him because he is highly educated with honors and have lots of experience in his job he likes to do. Coming back for the 3rd time, I noticed that their quality of services did not decline, instead it gotten better. Everybody in this clinic are friendly, helpful with smiling faces. Lastly, what I can say an experienced, knowledgeable, compassionate with patience are the qualities I look for a successful rehabilitation and treatment and this is what Spencer from Gaspar Physical Therapy stands for.

I've been overly pleased with my Physical Therapist (Randi) and staff at Gaspar. I chose Gaspar because my husband had a great experience here. Staff is super knowledgeable, welcoming and understanding. I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking out therapy!

Spencer is a highly skilled and very personable therapist. He is doing a great job helping me recover from my recent surgery. Update 8/24: I finally graduated and now I am doing continued therapy at home thanks to the excellent training by Spencer and his team! I want to thank everyone there that so graciously helped me in my shoulder recovery! I would highly recommend this organization for all your therapy needs.😊

Gabby and the team at Gaspar PT were amazing!! I came in with a strained calf from tennis and they got me recovered, strengthened and back out on the courts before I knew it. Knowledgable team, friendly staff and a great community to work with.

First dealing with my plantar fasciitis and now with some pain in my toes and hips, Gaspar has guided me back into great running shape every time I visit. Spencer and his colleagues don’t hesitate to answer any questions I had, even if they were somewhat unrelated to the injury of focus.
