I can see why there's so many one star reviews if I could leave no stars I would. They are more concerned about there procedures and the form of payment. Then helping people don't waste your time at Garrett counseling seek anyone or anywhere else but them. Truth

Lee Thompson is a awesome counselor. My son Kyle enjoyed his sessions so much. We are having to change due to insurance change so sadly we are having to change Counslers but Lee thank you for your kindness and making my son feel comfortable. ❤️

I think it was 2019 when I started seeing Megan Street because I had personal problems with my dad. I tried to tell her how bad he was and I also made sure not to tell her EVERYTHING about my life because I heard a lot of bad things about counselors. Well things went downhill with my dad and she decided to tell him everything because he lied and convinced her that I was doing bad and was in an dangerous situation and that he needed to know what was going on. I really don’t recommend Megan Street if she even still works there.

I didn’t cancel within the 48 hour window, but did call the morning of, because I was diagnose with flu and bronchitis. I was told that if you provided a doctors note, a valid excuse for missing, then they should refund me my charge they charged me for missing the appointment. I provided a doctors note and explanation of why I missed the appointment (flu and bronchitis) and was still charged $115 for missing the scheduled appointment. I had the flu! They refused my appeal even with doctors note and explanation because “the councilors time is precious and she could have booked someone else in my slot.” I won’t be doing business with them again.

I used to go to this therapist when I was younger. While playing with toys, my therapist (Ms. Ginger) made a lecture that was almost an hour long! I almost fell asleep. Please do something more physical than just talk, talk, talk all the time.

AWFUL service any time I spoke with anyone they were rude called me at work and demanded I answer questions at that moment and acted very irritated.the worst part was the counselor yawning during sessions and only real help he offered was to just fix the problems.i was also told I was paid up but had a collection agency sent after me.would not recommend to anyone truly looking for help

God forbid someone is actually needing their services have called three times never can get anyone on the phone and they never call you. How this place considers its self a counseling center I’ll never know because they sure don’t give a damn.
