me and my mom are also the patients right here… everything is nice. However,when everytime my mom asks one of the ladies who sit in the middle questions.. she’s upset because she said she sounds like another way to abuse her… i also overheard that lady who sit in the middle even said my mom has high blood pressure so she is so upset… i dunno why that lady in the middle has to talk with patients in this way… but besides that, everything is nice.

This is my first time seeing Dr. Nina Tsai. She is professional and patient. Almost no wait time. Her helpers are also very nice and helpful, I remember one of the staffs is Amy . A wonderful team!

They don’t accept Cigna insurance. It’s weird cuz I went to this same hospital a week ago for my annual doctor check up and my insurance was accepted. Dr. Ling (who was incredibly kind) wanted me to get lab tests and when I arrived a week later to do them I had to wait 40 minutes before I was immediately dismissed by the lady at the front desk. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. This is unfortunately how they treat patients at the hospitals in China too (I am Chinese and lived in china for half my life), dismissive and always in a rush for no apparent reason. I will most definitely not ever go to a chinese-run hospital again. I’ll be taking my business to a western hospital.

Very good experience. Ms. Cathy at front desk is very nice, polite, and thorough in service. Really appreciated Dr. Stephanie’s and assistant Amanda’s gentle and careful services.

Very cool that Roberta always help me a lot with my questions patiently and also go detailed on all my requests. I was recommended by my friend to this clinic and because she said right here customer service is great and doctors are always supportive!

Very, very awful experience. I arrived at the appointed time, even 15 minutes early, but the doctor didn't let me in at the appointed time. I didn't see the doctor. Then I was there and waited for another hour. When I saw the doctor, she was very impatient, because the clinic was going to close in five minutes, and she drove me home before I even finished speaking. She said that the front desk was going to close. If you have any other questions, you can make an appointment next time. Then what am I here for today? ! She just wants to kick me out of there. And the next appointment will be three weeks later. I didn't get anything done this time. I am very very angry. I waited there for more than an hour and completely wasted my time. The experience of this visit is that they are very unprofessional. I am so mad. Zero stars experience.
