The management is nice. Especially Stephanie and Marissa. I Love them. The employees some is good some is no care. We need to do our job especially in this facility. But anyway thank you so much for helping my husband.

Why is zero stars not a.n option? Absolutely horrid care. If you care for your loved one please think twice. My father was supposed to be there for a week to two weeks and the lack of care was so astonishing that we removed him after a few days. He was left with in urine soaked sheets for hours and when they did change the sheets the left them next to his bed for a day and the stench was horrific. I tried to check on him daily and called no less than 50 times and never got through. My mother asked the nurse to check on some abnormal swelling and after telling her they would, they never did. They never addressed any concerns. My dad begged to leave and told us he would die if we left him so we took him home. He said he felt sorry for the other patients left there.

I would like to thank all the staff at the Health & Rehabilitation for taking care of my mom. She was the longest living resident that resided at the Center. (Over 8 years )! When I would call my mother, she always talked so highly of the staff and nurses. And when I would visit they allowed me to stay as long as I wanted. Kudos to all who were a part of my mom’s life and her well-being for all those years. She passed away on 7-26-2021 at the age of 94! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Ruth Geilenfeldt, her daughter

My husband is in the Rehab facility for 6 weeks due to a bacterial infection. The doctor has recommended my spouse have the IV two times a day. On January 7, 2019, I called my spouse and was informed the person attempted to place the IV; fifteen minutes later, the infusion system beeped and as a result, my spouse only received a 15-minute IV. The treatment plan is to have a half hour infusion - twice day. He is not getting the required - IV. What do we have to do to get his treatment scheduled as per instructions of the doctor? Not following the directions is a serious problem.

I had a friend in this facility for two weeks or more and the day nurses were OK but they sometimes failed to give him his Parkinson's medication, which he needed. The worst part was that they checked that it was given. We know better because we were there all day. It was the night staff that was a life threatening problem. He had fallen out of bed and lay on the cold floor for 5 hours before someone came in to check his room. The Dr. said that if he had been there for one more hour, he would have died! If you have a choice, do not put your loved one in here.

My mother-in-law died in this facility because of the lack of care. They should not be in business in the management of this facility should be in jail. Horrible care actually did all of the damage that caused the death. The worst treatment facility available. Please do not bring your love ones to this facility because their situation will only get worse

DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONE TO THIS FACILITY IF YOU WANT THEM TO SURVIVE. The neglect and non communication was incredible. My father did not survive. The facility does not deserve even 1 star.
