Bret was great to work with! He was willing to listen to me rant while not making me feel like I was making it up and then was able to connect dots that made sense. He gave me suggestions for other people that may be able to help with the things that aren't his area of expertise. Some simple adjustments had me feeling instantly better, it was insane! I can't wait to see how I feel after completion of the program!

I cannot say enough positive things about Gardner Sports Physical Therapy. Bret is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to any type of injury or issue you are experiencing. He is informative, professional and provides such quality care for his patients. He answered any and all questions I had and during my session, helped me understand different aspects of the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend using him!

Bret was extremely helpful with my injury and I recovered quicker in 6 weeks with his help than in 3 months between multiple doctors. I injured my ankle in March of 2024. I was in and out of multiple doctor, athletic trainer, and physical therapist offices for a month. They only seemed to make it worse. I took two months completely off from my military and athletic training programs to see if rest would fix it. It still got worse. I came to Dr. Gardner out of desperation and within 3 weeks was experiencing massive improvements. It has been 6 weeks now and my pain is all but gone. I am very close to getting back the strength and proficiency with exercise that I had months ago. His help has been instrumental in getting my life back to normal and my body out of constant pain. Whatever your physical injury or pain is I would absolutely recommend seeking out his help. It's worth it. I have experienced nothing but progress and a better life since I first started going.

Bret is wonderful! Knowledgeable and careful to assess where my hip needed a little help to strengthen and stretch. I like the app he uses to reference the exercise routine that changed slightly from week to week. I am healing well would highly recommend him to anyone who truly wants recover from an injury.

I started experiencing pain in my shoulder last November. I did not have a particular event that injured it and was not really sure what I had done. I thought it might have had something to do with getting holiday decorations down from the attic and/or throwing the ball for the dog to hard. I basically felt like, well here it is, old age. I did my usual and just tried to "walk it off". All it did was get worse. I got to the point were my shoulder was snapping, cracking and what I described as catching. When it would "catch", the pain was intolerable. I described my symptoms to my wife who had a prior shoulder surgery and it all seemed to be related to either a tear or some kind or impingement. I had a consult with an orthopedic surgeon who said he could fix it with a shot. The shot did not fix it. I was convinced I needed surgery. My wife was seeing Dr. Gardner, who I will refer to as Bret, at the time for PT related to her recent hip replacement surgery. She had nothing by good to say about him and asked if I would like her to talk to him about my shoulder. Bret told her he felt like he had a good chance of helping me out. I scheduled my initial visit and away we went. After the first visit I schedule a series of 6 more visits. Bret took me from being convinced I needed surgery to feeling like I was back to 80-90%. I refer to Dr. Gardner as Bret because it was more like a friend helping a friend. Bret made me feel at ease and always listened to what I was experiencing at the time, pain wise. I would without hesitation recommend Brett to any of my friends and family based on what he has done for my wife and for the small miracle he did with my shoulder.

I contacted Bret about my shoulder/arm injury based on his excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. Bret responded promptly to my initial contact and set up my first appointment. When I went in my shoulder/arm had been in a lot of pain for a couple weeks. After my first appointment, his work on my shoulder/arm resulted in such a substantial reduction in pain, I was amazed. I came home and told my husband he must have some voodoo magic! Bret is always prompt, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He listens carefully to you and is very respectful of any concerns you may have. After 10 sessions and following his recommended rehabilitation exercises, I am back to my favorite sports and workout routines. I highly recommend Bret.

I had a great appointment with Bret for running analysis and injury prevention. I learned in one visit what my concerning issues were and how to improve them. I was really impressed with his approach and knowledge.
