Garden Park Care Center

As of this date, October 5th 2024, I am and have been a resident of this facility for the past two months. I am giving the most favorable review because my experiences here have been most outstanding. To think that everyone that works here job is to evaluate and provide for the needs of the residents, and is my case preparing them to manage in their future. Everyone, from maintenance/cleaning staff, great meals, physical therapy, nursing/attending to personal needs and administration were here to serve, and ALL do a great job.

Over the past one and half years, I’ve been volunteering to care for an old priest at Garden Park Care Center. This is an outstanding facility. It’s bright and kept clean from inside out and without any smells throughout the facility. Every staff there…from Admins team, office staffs, rehab team, nurses, CNAs to building maintenance and cleaning crews are not only professional but also kind and friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations and take excellent care of all their residents. I usually stay longer on the weekends and noticed the nurses and CNAs checked-in on their residents frequently throughout the day and cared about their wellbeing. They treat with respects not only to this priest (when I’m present) but all other residents (with no family around). When I had any concerns, the management team: Dean, Paul, nurse supervisors Jennifer and Glena took times to listen to and assist me. Thanks so much to all the staffs at Garden Park Care Center. I will recommend this facility to my relatives and friends. If you are looking for a place to care for your loved ones, Garden Park Care Center would be the ideal facility!

My sister stayed at another care center after a stroke, where she was miserable and cried every day. After a few weeks, her health was declining, she lost her appetite, and possibly lost the will to live. One of the Physical Therapist recommended the Garden Park Care Center so my sister transferred here the next day. Upon arrival, her spirit was lifted, she ate a big meal and was still hungry. We were so happy to see her immediate mood changed. The entire staff at Garden Park Care Center is super nice, friendly, and very responsive to patients' needs, which was a refreshing change from the previous nursing home. The facility is clean, bright, and cheerful with a beautiful courtyard and two activity centers. They have so many activities to help the residents stay engaged and entertained throughout the day, everyday. A special thanks to the management team, especially Dean, the Administrator, who took the time to assist and listen to our feedback. I can't thank you all enough for providing an environment where patients are getting the proper care & treatment, and helping the patients' family with peace of mind knowing that our love ones are in good hands at your Care Center. I was a patient in Garden Park for 10 days. I had a very pleasant stay the entire time. The staff in this facility went over and above the call of duty. They always had a smile on their faces and so willing to help. This facility is clean and smells great!! I’d highly suggest this facility to anyone who is needing any kind of care long term or short.

I have consistently been pleased with how the staff goes out of their way to care for the residents in Garden Park. Over the years I have had multiple special requests to assist my long-term resident friend and it was easy to contact them and they easily and compassionately answered any questions or requests right away! The need for these type of care facilities is increasing so it becomes even more important to know this quality of care is available for the ones we love that need long term support. Garden Park Care Center has been a blessing for me and my family. My grandparents have been living there for over two years now and there is no other place that feels more comfortable and safer than Garden Park. The facility is clean and well-managed, and the kitchen is accommodating of dietary needs and changes. My grandparents are Vietnamese immigrants that do not speak any English, but Garden Park has a large number of Vietnamese-speaking staff who are also familiar with Vietnamese culture. They often host performances for Vietnamese holidays and bring in a Vietnamese Buddhist monk for religious services on a regular basis. Overall, the staff is incredibly kind and caring and go out of their way to make the residents feel loved and attended to. All the staff knew my family when we came to visit, and they would always speak so fondly about my grandparents and how they were doing. If my grandparents had any complaints or concerns, the staff was always available to listen and were proactive on fixing any issue that came up. They also made sure to find doctors who spoke Vietnamese and had the patients’ best interest in mind. They were also very accommodating of family coming to visit, bringing gifts, and others. We were always greeted with a smile when we came in. In my grandmother’s last week of life, the staff constantly checked in to make sure that she was comfortable and that my grandfather had the support he needed during his time of grief. While this was a difficult time for us, Garden Park and their staff made everything so easy and offered comfort and condolences. My mother, who stayed overnight at the facility with my grandmother that week commented on how the staff checked-in on all the residents frequently throughout the day and clearly cared about their wellbeing. If you are looking for a kind and warm environment to care for your loved ones, I would recommend Garden Park one hundred times over.

I have been at Garden Park for the lar 7 months. I am very pleased with nursing and rehab staff thru my stay at Garden Park. I made friends with a couple patients here. Would like to thank everyine for all the care I was given. I will miss being here, but glad to be going home. Dean Admin was great along with Administration.

Highly recommend Garden Park Care Center. My mother was here after a hospital stay for recovery and we are so happy we found Garden Park. We have never needed a care facility and didn't have any recommendations from family or friends. After researching and visiting this facility we decided to have our mother come here. I cannot say enough about the care and the support every staff member here has given my mother. The facility and staff went above and beyond our expectations and they take excellent care of all their residents. If we ever need another care facility or if anyone ever asks for a recommendation, Garden Park is the only place I would suggest. I cannot express enough how happy we were with this facility from the entire staff, services, meals and activities for the residents.
