Galvin Therapy Center

I have been taking my son to Galvin for over 3 years now and have been so pleased with the level of care, support, experience, and skill that their therapists offer! We have worked mainly with Karen Porter who has gone above and beyond and my son's sensory struggles have drastically improved. She also gives so much support and advice and education to the parents so that we can implement the same approaches she uses in the in-person sessions/classes. Highly highly recommend.

I really love this place I have had both of my children here my son loves it. All of the therapists are great! We have been coming for over 2 year and never had a single issue, like I said they’re amazing! However, we recently had an issue. I do believe it was an honest mistake, but someone accidentally took my son’s shoes. It was reported right away and my son’s shoes were located the next day. I just got them back today, and who ever had them scuffed them up and they were brand new.

Our Son is on the spectrum, and has been attending Galvin since he was 1 year old. He utilized their Speech and Occupational therapies, and has also participated in their ABA and feeding therapy programs. It is because of their caring, knowledgeable staff of therapists that my son has the ability to eat as he should, has overcome so many emotional and spectrum-related obstacles, and can speak like he is college bound at only 11 years. They really care and are extremely well-managed. We owe them everything.

Our son attended the Early Start Autism Program at Galvin Therapy. He absolutely LOVED going to see his teachers each day, a true testament of the program's caring and compassionate staff and nurturing program that met all of his individualized needs. In addition to attending this program, he also received individual ABA therapy, OT and SLT. I can’t say enough how incredible the staff is at Galvin Therapy. Our son still remembers how he “played” with Ms. Karen in the clouds and rode on the track into the pillow pit. Ms. Karen made their sessions fun and challenging every time, I don’t know how she did it! My son looked forward to their time together and was completely engaged. We came to Galvin Therapy at a time when our hearts were fragile and we were unsure how to best meet the needs of our son after his autism diagnosis. The staff at Galvin Therapy provided us with support and answered any and all questions about his development and progress. We were in good hands and would recommend them 100%.

I have two children receiving various therapy at Galvin Therapy Center and I recommend it to everyone I know when the opportunity arises. We have worked with at least 5-6 different therapists over the past few years between both children and have loved them all. My children came from hospital based approaches and I find the Galvin approach much more personalized and very refreshing.

My daughter is having a lot of progress since she start on Galvin, she loves playing there and she don't want to go home, she knows the way to Galvin and she gets happy when she saw one of the therapists comes to pick up her, so I know they are so lovely with her.The Galvin staff are so kind and helpful all the time. My daughter loves been there. I'm so thankful for what they do with my daughter.

3 of my children have gotten services by Galvin Therapy Center. Galvin has the most incredibly patient, skilled, compassionate, creative, and knowledgeable therapists. All of the therapists that have worked with my kids have gone above and beyond the call of duty. I just read one of the negative reviews, and I'm shocked beyond words. They must be mixing up Galvin with another therapy center. As not only have my children seen multiple therapists over the years, but I spent hours in the waiting room, and I was always amazed to see how all of the other therapists interact with all of their clients. If I can give Galvin a 100 stars, I would. Honestly, I think that Galvin has the most incredible team, that I'm trying to see if I can work there myself! I'd love to work with such proactive, positive, and skilled therapists!

We are incredibly grateful for the support our family received from the therapists after our son’s diagnosis. The incredibly knowledgeable, caring and supportive staff were highly in tune and focused on our son’s needs. I would highly recommend Galvin Therapy Center!
