Fyzical Therapy, North Parker - Pediatrics

My son has been going to Fyzical for about a year now for speech therapy. Andrew has been working with him since day one and has been absolutely incredible. He provides a safe and consistent environment for my son. Andrew does an amazing job connecting with the kids and the parents. Since he started speech therapy he has blossomed and his speech has improved more than I could have imagined. I’m very thankful for everything Fyzical and Andrew has done to help my son.

Former employee: I don't recognize any of the therapists names on the North Parker pediatric clinic reviews, and I left my position as the Pediatric PT Team Lead last month, but I do know that each of the therapists, no matter the discipline, always does their very best with each child. However, there is SO much employee turnover, and the leadership team has a great deal of difficulty keeping experienced and qualified staff. I was disappointed that my position was not what it was presented when I was hired, and I chose to leave after only a brief time at this clinic, but as an experienced therapist, the lack of effective leadership made it impossible for me to stay. Upon presenting my two weeks notice, there was not even a text, email, or phone call from any member of the leadership team to acknowledge my departure--only a removal from team systems and insurance benefits the next day. I was not given the opportunity to assist in the transition of any patients to a new therapist, nor was I able to speak to any family prior to my departure. This lack of professionalism and courtesy to families/patients represented the managerial ineptitude present within this system. I would advise any experienced professional therapist looking to find a pediatric therapy position to think twice before accepting a position with this group. Upon my departure, my professionalism and ethics were publicly questioned and shared by the leadership team. False and offensive claims were made against my judgment and integrity as a clinician. My departure from the company was inaccurately communicated to patients as a termination. The communication misalignment by the leadership team degraded to slander and character assassination even beyond the end of my association with the company. It is unfortunate that personal attacks were seen as necessary interventions following a departure when the only benefit was to slander the personal and professional character of a former employee.

So many amazing things to say!!! My daughter brought her son in for services and she had such a great experience! I believe her name was Chelsea but she was fantastic! She called my daughter within hours of her getting her referral and got her schedule so quickly. She was so pleasant in clinic as well!

We love the Fyzical team!! Our son has made great progress in PT, OT, and speech and we couldn’t be more thankful to the team, their expertise, and the way they know and work with him so well. Huge shout out to Taryn, Emily, and David!

There are PTs and OTs … and then there are Miss Taryn and Miss Regina!! Taryn is an amazing PT that has helped my son tremendously - he says that she is “cool, funny and I like going to Miss Taryn”. He built a great connection with her - thank you Miss Taryn for all that you do ❤️ And Miss Regina is such a sweetheart and she goes above and beyond for my son and the family as a whole. We truly appreciate you and know we are in great hands 💝

We have been taking our son to see Nikki for months now for speech therapy and we absolutely adore her! He has made significant progress and truly enjoys going to therapy every week. I love all the staff and it really has been great going to Fyzical! Highly recommend for any therapy needs!

Love FYZICAL! My kiddo has progressed so much with mr Andrew and miss emily. The staff is so friendly and the facility is amazing ! Definitely recommend trying them any therapies you may need!

Highly recommend Fyzical! Our 3 year old has speech therapy with Christine and she’s the absolute BEST. We have noticed a significant change in his speech since he started with her. He looks forward to speech therapy every week and loves working on all her activities at home! He has had speech therapy with 3 other offices with no success. We’re so grateful that we found Fyzical!
