I've had vertigo for over 20 years. It affected my balance and my confidence. I had to lightly hold onto someone to walk and especially to go up or down curbs or stairs. Fyzical has taught me several easy exercises that has helped me soooo much. I'm regaining my confidence, I next to never have a need to lightly hold onto someone to walk. I'm still working on going up and down curbs and stairs but it has improved. Fyzical have gentle people who truly know what they're doing and wanting to achieve with each patient. It's amazing. They make absolutely sure you won't fall or hurt yourself. I'm truly impressed with them and I would recommend them to everyone 100%!!!
