Allison was easily five stars. Throughout our sessions she was always thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient. I'm sure her help was integral to my successful surgery and current recovery.

This physical therapy group is great. They listened to me about all of my issues and paid close attention to my body movements. My mother was in PT on and off for the 17 years that she lived with me. Between rehab in hospitals, rehab centers and home visits, I know whenever I encounter a good physical therapist. Also I have been a radiological technologist since 1982 and have worked in hospitals, private clinics and multi specialist offices. I am very impressed with this facility. I definitely highly recommend FYZICAL Therapy.

I'm an RN and had emergency middle of the night surgery they refused to take off the 50 “ cancellation fee”, then after hounding them to appeal this malarkey they agreed but decided after three months of waiting after surgery to get this worked on they “ closed the books” so no refund. Refused to return money owed I've never heard of such BS. Owner Sherri is greedy trying to oversell me too by telling me my other Podiatrist created orthotics weren't good as “ hers” and pushed me to buy hers. Another 400 dollars gone, and NO difference in any way of helping me as she claimed they would. When I complained she was silent. Nothing from her! She also complains about her clients saying she won't touch people much as they just come in wanting a massage. The therapists and PTAs are ALL amazing and over the times I was there they don't stay. Be aware. Just my experience and was awaile ago

This location is fabulous, from Amy at the Front Destroyer (who really runs the place) to the very knowledgeable PT I have, Tiana. I'm so impressed, this is the second time I've used Fyzical, few years ago, had both knees replace, and now it was for Vertigo ... second episode in few years. Tiana is fantastic, gives you special attention and lots of explanations for what she is doing and why. I just love her ! and yes, rest of the PT's and assistants are marvelous! Definitely recommend them !!!!

So after a month or so of thinking about leaving a review here we are. The physical therapist was friendly and this is not directed towards her. So Everytime I’ve called in I get the same lady with the kind of attitude that makes me think she shouldn’t be in the job she has. In my field we have call center and dispatchers and that kind of attitude wouldn’t be tolerated. I went in for dry needling which did not occur and rather got cupping which did nothing. I made this clear while there but still they just wanted me to come in twice weekly. The kicker is my copay was $80, when I made a comment about how usually if it’s covered under insurance it wouldn’t be this high. The same customer service lady from above explains no you’re covered it’s just this cost. Fast forward a week and I get an almost $800 bill for a 30 minute suction experience. Now I did say this via email to them already and they explained. “We do not discuss cost before any work is completed and unless asked for we do not disclose where or not it’s in network”.. Well if I did that in my field that would he considered shady and borderline unethical. But hey anything to make extra money.

Phenomenal, caring, and flexible staff who cater to all particular needs and provide excellent service while doing so! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who's seeking out physical therapy!!

They were always kind and gentle, did their best not to cause pain. Danna is incredible with abilities and knowledge. Treated for over a year after a car wreck. This clinic is the best PT I've ever had and helped me cope with pain for awhile.

Personnel are very friendly, helpful, and especially my therapist Joe pays attention to what I'm feeling and good advice for healing.
