I have Vertigo, leaving me with terrible balance problems. My Doctor recommended Fyzical and I am extremely happy. The Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about how to handle my balance issues. I receive personal attention as well as explanations which are very important to me. The exercises are matched with my ability and I love that. I’m not pushed, or get the feeling they are frustrated with me, which I’ve received at other places. I can’t stress how great they are handling balance, and I encourage everyone to go there. I want to thank Arpita, Dalton, and Laura because they are terrific!

I've been to a lot of physical therapist and Arpita is by far the best! There's no rushing to get you out so they can treat the next person. I had very bad lower back pain which in a few weeks was gone. I didn't even need medication. Just time and patience. Staff is very friendly as well. I'll definitely be using Fyzical Therapy again in the future. Thanks again for your help!

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center of Southern Chester County is an exceptional and professional medical business run by Ms. A. Patel and her staff. They are all always very friendly and the facility, rooms, and the professional equipment here is top of the line for the needs of various patients and their treatments. Everything is always clean and organized. I highly recommend this facility, and especially for PT and balance issues recommended by my doctor. Ms. Patel follows and utilizes her expertise in a calm, organized, and friendly nature, which is a great relief to me with all my complicated issues; she has confidently assured me she can help me after a few sessions. A big thank you to Ms. Patel and her team at Fyzical. I commend and thank them all for their ever-present positive approach! I look forward to returning after my temporary setback from other surgical procedures, and justifiably will use PYZICAL for the continuation of my needs after these surgeries. It took me 10 years, but I found THE Best PT therapist! Dr. Arpita Patel and her staff are outstanding. My condition is complex at best and she could have taken the easy road and said there is nothing I can do for you. She chose the opposite, and yes, we are making progress. I LOVED my time at Fyzical with Dr. Arpita Patel!! Dr. Patel started my time there by conducting a thorough consultation and seeing my current ability and what I needed. Then we got started. She not only had me do lots of helpful exercises in person at our visits, including special equipment and technology, but she also gave me helpful routines to do at home in order to maintain my progress. My knee pain is gone in only 4 weeks, and I can resume doing the movement (hiking, walking, weight training) that I love. Additional things I loved: The building is accessible. The facility was clean and open, and on the first floor. The machines I used were in excellent condition. The staff at the front desk were always super helpful and friendly. If I need physical therapy again, I will 100% go back to Fyzical and work with Dr. Patel!

Hello! If you’re tired of doing round after round of PT this is the place to go. I dealt with a shoulder injury for about a decade and did round after round with ATI for only temporary relief. Finally got surgery this January, and FYZICAL was the closest place with my insurance. Little did I know how lucky I’d be to end up with Arpita! I’ve never had a physical therapist that cares so genuinely, listens, and helps push you to keep making progress. I don’t feel like I’m getting cycled through to meet a quota, and my shoulder is being given the time and consideration it needs to fully fix the issue after almost ten years of pain. Arpita cares so deeply about actually helping you heal and enjoy life, and it shows. My surgeon was pleasantly surprised at my last check in, as I was above and beyond my target goals for 3 months post op. I seriously recommend going here if you’ve been dealing with an issue for a long time and are disheartened. Arpita has very much restored my trust in physical therapists, and has been above and beyond in every aspect of care, even helping me unlearn movements/tensing I used to protect my shoulder and just don’t need anymore. The experience here has been phenomenal, and I’m so grateful for how kind and wonderful the staff are as a whole, Laura handled all of my insurance stuff and it was such a breeze, I didn’t have to do the usual back and forth with insurance, surgeon, etc. To end the review, I’ve still got a ways to go, but a huge thank you to the FYZICAL staff, especially Arpita. The work you do is massively increasing quality of life for your patients, and I will always be super grateful for your help!
