Do NOT get your drug screen here. Waited 30 minutes to be taken back for a drug screen with no one ahead of me and them having one physical therapy patient. Finally after letting them know that I was still waiting, then they were like “oh!”. They forgot to give me my drivers license back (because they held on to my paperwork) and so I had to turn back around and grab it which led to me missing my next appointment. To add, the lab they use is called Escreen (Abot) in KCMO and has a 1 star with countless reviews of how their lab results were lost or unreadable. Do not get your drug screen here, I think it’s just a side income for their facility to bring in additional income. If your employer gives you the option, go somewhere else.

When I started therapy I was in a wheelchair thought I would be for the rest of my life. I broke my leg falling off a step ladder broke both bones in my leg the big bone spiral fractured the little bone in half have a plate a screws I went here for 3 years they got me out of wheel chair in 6 months onto a walker then onto a cane and some walking without cane awsome people and friendly the know what they are doing.

Came here for my DOT drug screen and was in and out within 15 mins. Very friendly staff.

If I could give a higher score I would. Caring, friendly, informative, outstanding!

Sat here for an hour waiting for a drug test with 1 person in front of me. No masks worn by staff. No POSSIBLE way to be 6ft apart. Joke of an establishment.

Friendly & component staff. Took care of my drug screen & physical in a timely manner.

The staff is professional and do everything the can to help. Whitney was great and help me out and pushed me to get me better.
