Customer service is amazing. The office staff is attentive. This is my second time in the past 4 years- 2 different issues. Nicole is patient, kind, thorough, the best therapist I’ve ever seen. 3 visits and I have a great deal of relief with my leg pain. That being said Megan (new therapist) who has been trained by Nicole also has that magic touch. Also like to add I’ve seen 2 other therapists(recommended by my orthopedic) and I’ve found Nicole again. FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center is the only place I will ever go for therapy….no matter who says what lol

I broke my ankle and had surgery in March. After my first week of physical therapy on my ankle I already have improved my range of motion, and I finally feel confident that I will be able to eventually resume the activities that I love. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center.

Excellent and caring patient care! It is no surprise to see and hear other patients walking in with new issues who say they are back because they had such a great experience in the treatment of previous injuries and they knew that they would be in the best of hands by coming in again to a great team that would help them with their healing.

Nicole and Danielle are amazing Physical Therapists. After a few sessions my frozen shoulder started to improve and continued to improve through the 6 weeks I was there. They gave me detailed information on the exercises that I needed to do at home to continue to improve and get my shoulder back to 100%. They both are very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable at what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing any type of issue that needs treatment. I want to thank them both from the bottom of my heart for helping me feel better and start my road to recovery. I also want to say thank you to Amy who always greeted me with her warm friendly personality.

Dr Nicole was a great therapist. It was my first time there and I was very happy with everything. Scheduling was easy, everyone was extremely kind. Caring and knowledgeable Physical Therapists lead you in exercises to improve your physical comfort. In my case my knees were extremely painful. I have turned a corner and have more confidence when using stairs and going on long walks.

The knowledge the staff of Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center has is exceptional! I would never go anywhere else! These folks care about you! You are not just a time slot that must be filled. I cannot stress enough the incredible interest they take in each and every client. This type of interaction goes a long way in helping with positive outcomes!

Since 2016, FYZICAL is my "go to" source to help the aches and pains of my aging body. Back pain, vertigo, arthritis in knees and now shoulder stiffness. I keep returning with new issues and each time I receive careful individualized assessment AND currently Nicole listens and reacts to any concern that I mention.
