Update 2: Doing strenuous yard work with no pain in back or hips! Still doing PT exercises daily at home. Huge help & relief! First post: The initial office visit today went very well. All staff I interacted with were very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, and the entire process went smoothly. Online forms are easy to complete. Exercises I obtained in writing to perform at home are clearly explained. The written future schedule of my appointments given to me is a bonus. It will make sure I have no conflicting appointments. Access to their Henderson office on Pecos Road is very close to the I215 freeway. I will update this review after the course of action is completed. And I see how much it helps me. Doing the first set of exercises at home has already seemed to reduce some pain. UPDATE: I completed office visits. As long as I faithfully do the PT exercises daily, the pain symptoms are greatly reduced or ZERO as of right now! I am totally pain-free tonight, from PT & highly recommend them!!! I have had the privilege of visiting numerous facilities since my injuries, and I must say that this establishment stands head and shoulders above the rest. From the moment I walk in, Jessica at the front desk consistently greets me with a warm and friendly smile. Her assistance with scheduling is invaluable, and her delightful personality makes each visit pleasant. Laura, my therapist, exemplifies exceptional competence and dedication in her field.she also has an excellent sense of humor and has a very honest and thorough Having spent over seven weeks in a rehab hospital, I can confidently say she is the most skilled physical therapist I have ever encountered. Laura continuously adjusts her approach to maximize the benefits of each session, demonstrating remarkable motivation and intelligence. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have found both this facility and Laura. Every interaction I have had with the staff has been positive, and I have never experienced any negativity. The professionalism and attentiveness of the therapists are evident the moment you step inside. I highly recommend this place, as they genuinely deserve the highest praise. Although I only visit this specific office and cannot speak for the others, the outstanding service I receive here compelled me to write this review, which is a rare occurrence for me. This facility truly deserves all the accolades it receives.

Everything was great. The one thing that I really need was maybe something that would help with my FND. I understand that the therapy I am currently doing will help me a lot. Will be great. It will make my balance fantastic. I have been working with you guys since Brain ran this location. You are the best just a bit more for the FND Thanks for your help.

I was told after much questioning and examination that after my initial visit, that I need not come in and wast my money….that I should just do the procedures suggested for me at home. I really appreciated their honesty. We all know what some others would do in their situation. Thank you again.

The therapists that help me improve my physiacal condition are professionals, patient, caring and compassionate. Special thanks to Dr Nicole Kaes and Andrea Blalock who did their best efforts to make sure I don’t lose hope to improve myself and get better. I thank FYZICAL for the sessions I have at the facility. However, the organization must realize that they need to expand the area of faculties for better movements of the patients. I’ve never seen a standing room only for the patients awaiting their turns for a professional therapist. Thank you!

Fyzical has wonderful physical therapists. I have worked with them for issues from vertigo and balance to rehab after injuries. Eveyone is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and competent. Would highly recommend them. Would go back if I need PT again.

Love the staff here! They’re all so friendly, supportive and personable. Not many places offer 1:1 therapy sessions but they do and they’re amazing!

Today I had a medical appointment in the town of Henderson. When I arrived, they asked me the usual questions. When I said that I had culinary insurance, the lady told me that I needed the physical card because it is company policy. I immediately told her that I don't have it but with my social security you could see if I have insurance or not because that's how culinary is handled. She immediately told me that I had to cancel my appointment in all this in a totally grotesque way instead of offering me another appointment or seeing me and At my next appointment I will be able to provide the necessary documentation. It is very sad to see how at 7:55 am a person starts a day in such a bad way, being totally disrespectful and without courtesy. In a therapy center, they should give them a course in customer service or management or it could be that everything Is this about me being Hispanic and choosing to be arrogant because of my English? It is definitely a place that I do not recommend going, especially if you are paying for a service. Her name is JESSICA, she is in the front dest.
