FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - San Francisco

I initially chose FYZICAL because it was on a list of referrals from my surgeon and close to where I live, but I was nervous because it didn't seem to have many reviews. I lucked out big time. The facility is in great condition, is well equipped, and parking is easy right outside. They were also very quick to fit me in the schedule coming out of an achilles tear repair surgery. But the thing that sets it apart are the people. All the way from reception and PTA's to PT's, everyone is incredibly warm, welcoming and does amazing work. I have primarily been under the care of Kendra Frank, who is truly just the greatest (I could write a several page review of just how lucky I am to have found her, BUT since this is a review about the facility, I digress). After going to this location for just about 8 weeks now, I have had the opportunity to work with almost everyone and have never had a bad experience. In conclusion, if you're in the Daimond Heights / Noe Valley / Castro area, this is a very convenient location with phenomenal all-around service. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

AMAZING. Daniel James is the founder and director and knew exactly what to do. Staff are kind, professional, and on top of details. The location is very modern, updated and clean. It's a very nice location with easy access by bus or car. Tons of meter parking or street parking.
