The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Caitlin is very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. She listened to everything I said and pinpointed the possible root of my problem of vertigo. She then gave me exercises to help overcome the vertigo. I have noticed improvement and I am very grateful for her expertise.

I was very pleased with my first visit. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. (I’d left my insurance card at home, but I have a photo of it, and one of the staff let me email it to the office.) Dr Lauren was thorough, kind and patient. I will definitely recommend this practice to others. P. S. They also show adorable cat and dog videos on a TV in the waiting room!

Caitlin is awesome! Great personality, soft spoken, kind, she obviously cares about her patients, listens earnestly, clearly explains what she’s going to do before she begins, asks how you’re doing along the way. I was so surprised at and impressed with what she found to be causing my poor balance. I feel confident that her plan for treatment will be successful.

Caitlin Pribble is terrific! She takes the time to educate and discuss the workings of the ear canals and the tests that she is performing. She is relaxed in her approach and puts you at ease. So happy I was sent her way!

I have been going to Fyzical for several weeks. The staff there know what they are doing and make it fun. Not a drudgery. I feel better each time I go. Don't walk, run (if you can) to the nearest Fyzical.
