FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Northeast Naples

While the vertigo treatment worked after one visit and I’m grateful - I received a letter today from my insurance stating they are out of network. I specifically asked if they had a Cigna contract and was told yes and what my copay was. I specifically asked ‘so you have a contract and are in-network, not just that you’ll submit my claims’. ‘Oh yes we are in network!’ The otherwise customer service was great and I did not call my insurance to double check as I felt the confidence presented to me was firm and reassuring. I was wrong. So the false advertising and misleading is disappointing. I would have gone to a center closer to my house had they been truthful or atleast trained their staff appropriately. OR even taken the self pay rate. No trust. No return visits.

My therapist was highly knowledgeable about my issue (neck pain and how it could relate to dizziness) and a range of other related issues as well. Everyone was very friendly and the facility is nice, making it an enjoyable experience.

Cameryn is the best! She is caring and knowledgeable. I am confident that the program she puts me on will help my recovery from surgery. The whole place is great! Looks new and everyone is friendly

Unfortunately, doing the past three years on regular basis, I have been seen several physical therapist. When I needed to rehab my foot I chose Fyzical. Dr. Reed is a top-notch physical therapist. She was excellent at diagnosing. And creating a plan of medical care to treat my issue. Dr. Reed’s s assistant, physical therapist Veronica is excellent. They make a great team.

Dr. Ashley Reed is the consummate professional. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and her years of experience show in how she relates to her patients. She does not use a “one size fits all approach.” Instead, she conducts an in depth initial evaluation with each patient and tailors the treatment plan to his/her needs. She thoroughly explains not only the treatment that she has planned but also the reasons how and why the plan will work. You won’t find a better physical therapist.

My appointment was 3 o’clock l was taken 10 min later and finished 5 min earlier. First exercise bike -instructor enable turn on the program and propose massage Massage was on the mat for exercise. Very inconvenient for me and therapist After she finished she proposed pick up right leg and hold 1 min. She tried find rubber. Came back and proposed repeat the same with rubber one more time for both legs!!!She said times over. I had never have so “wonderful “threatment

I love the staff at Fyzical, the therapist are all knowledgeable and take the time to explain and provide you with helpful information about your recovery. I highly recommend the one on Immokolee in Naples

Staff at this facility are caring, skilled and efficient. Further, they all clearly like each other, what they do for a living and the people they treat. It makes for a warm, friendly environment.
