FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Niceville

I have been going to FYZICAL for a few weeks now. I have found their staff very helpful, professional and friendly. Their patients are their number one priority. I would highly recommend this office for your health needs!

I've had ongoing shoulder problems going on 18 months. 3 ortho doctors later, 3 cortizone shots later - still no relief. None could find the root cause of my pain. I was desperate for relief. My first visit with Michelle at Fyzical, she LISTENED to my complaints, asked about my activities, truly assessed my issue. She showed me some movements and stretches to try. As well as some sleep positions. That night, I hurt pretty bad, I had my doubts. However the very next morning, I woke up PAIN-FREE for the first time in 12 weeks. I can sit at my desk without agony. I still have more work to do to become completely pain free, but I am able to sleep relatively pain free most days of the week. I am truly thankful I met Michelle.

My experience with Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center in Niceville (Bluewater Bay area) has been wonderful. My Therapist, Michele Hernandez is very knowlegeable and caring. I would recommend this facility and Michele to anyone who may need physical therapy.
