Dr Hutchinson was superb in helping me recover from surgery to two of my toes. Before beginning treatment, she considered the referral from my surgeon and queried me carefully about how I was feeling and what I hoped to gain from physical therapy. In sessions that followed, she gradually resolved muscular and joint issues resulting from surgery. By the end of my sessions with her, I had returned to normal function and met all the goals she and I established for me. Discomfort from creaky joints was gone, and I had much increased strength in my foot and ankle as well as my body as a whole. The staff supporting her are cheerful, polite, highly competent, and helpful. The facility is immaculate.

My wife has a special condition and had been going there for several years, INCLUDING this year. New referrals are required after a medical procedure, which she had. After several years as a client and at a time we needed them most, got the UPDATED referral went to the store after calling them and then basically, told us sorry go away, we no longer accept your Medcare Advantage PPO insurance. Why at a time you can't change your Medicare plan would they cast off long-standing clients without notice, just when a disabled individual shows up at their store and needs them most. The Medicare Advantage PPO plan pays the same as Medicare, same guidelines as other Advantage plans. You can go there if you wish to pay out of pocket. Therapists are great, the owner must be looking for the dollars, it is a franchise. Can not recommend. Update; I would be glad to discuss and delte or correct. Spent the afternoon on phone with UHC, actually started an appeal on the August 5th bill, (even though I did not have to) since that did not cover code 97530, which is reimbursable under medicare and the plan. I am not sure why store billing did not appeal. Unless UHC was lying, they said " The preautorization requirement implemented in September came from Medicare". UHC tied our call in with your billing department to try and help. Billing office said she does not handle that call the office. No answer, it was the office who told me call billing inthe first palce. As I said yesterday, when asked, yes I would like to speak with the owner. Sorry if you didn't get the message before I posted. UHC has said along with other Advantage plans, they pay the Medicare allowable. I can't speak for your billing process. We always check providers at the end of year to ensure they accept our insurance. This is the first time mid year we were ever told sorry, even though she was a long standing patient. Sorry if this is long as well, would much rather a call to understand. Your office has my number.

I'm 70 yrs old. Had a bad time with vertigo. Went to the balance center to see Dr. Katie Hutchinson. Ran me through some tests and then she went to work on my problem. One visit and my vertigo was 90 percent gone. Two more appointments and I was back to normal. The professionalism of Dr. Hutchinson and her entire team was outstanding. Go there you won't be disappointed.

I’ve had balance issues for at least 15 years and did physical therapy several times for back, knee, and shoulder issues. But my balance was getting worse. It was a Godsend when someone recommended Fyzical Therapy at Suntree Place. They deal specifically with balance issues. The clinical director, Katie Hutchinson, is so knowledgeable and focused on what my issues are. I have made significant improvements in the past month. Her assistant whose name is also Katie is friendly, efficient, and always has a smile on her face. I highly recommend them.

I am 74 and due to 6 major spine operations over the years I have been treated by many PT’s over this time, with not all experiences being good. And then I met Dr. Katie Hutchinson. Katie is hands down the most Effective and Caring DPT I have ever met. Katie is the magical combination of a consummate professional in her field combined with a being a legit Caring person. Anyone in the Brevard county area of Florida would do well to put yourself in her care.

5 Stars is not enough. Dr. Danielle Carter is simply the Best. Professionalism, courtesy, and expertise in her field is an understatement. My husband improved his balance and increased his confidence in Danielle's care and I can't thank her enough. Katie is just a pleasure to deal with and the Dr. of audiology was kind enough to check his hearing aides one day without an appointment. If you need any type of balancing therapy or hearing aides look no more you have found the best here at Fyzical.

I can’t begin to tell anyone with vertigo that you now have a place to go to get help with it. I was so greatful just being referred to Fyzical! The Epley maneuvers that you have to go through are worth the end product. Danielle worked with me & she has no idea how I relied on her for her help. She is a beautiful girl in many ways- kind, soft spoken, friendly, as well as pretty & she knows her stuff. I have had vertigo for about 15 yrs off & on. I lived in CT before moving to FL. I pretty much suffered with vertigo short of 1 month this past summer until I came to. It only took a few visits to Fyzical & I was already feeling better. Danielle helped me with my “off balance” & how to desensitize my vertigo in many different ways. I’m even going to try riding a bike again with Danielle’s encouragement & knowledge. I am feeling fantastic today & by following directions I hope to keep my vertigo at bay. I think of Danielle as a loving daughter & angel. I was referred by ENT doctor to treat vertigo and extremely pleased with my experience. The receptionist was thorough, she sent paperwork to fill out in advance and called to follow up. She was always friendly and efficient. My initial examination was much more thorough than I had expected. Two different people covered testing of various issues dealing with balance and came up with a method of attacking the problem. Their approach was concise and explained thoroughly. They suggested it might take as many as 3-4 visits doing a variety of movements and gave me homework. At the third visit the therapist recommended I continue doing my exercises at home but to call if I didn't continue to improve or if the problem worsened. The therapist was extremely kind, concerned, efficient, and intelligent. She was a delight to work with. I actually enjoyed my visits. I HIGHLY recommend Fysical Therapy & Balance Center in Melbourne, FL for physical therapy.
