Amazing care and understanding of my symptoms. They are kind, responsive to needs and KNOW how the brain needs to be retrained. The vestibular PT, Melissa, has been doing this for many years and has patiently worked with me! It is welcoming from the moment I walk in the door to my last step out the door! I had never heard of a Vestibular issue and balance training center. After shingles left me with limited hearing and walking with a cane to confidence that I can gain my life back, I thank them!

Excellent clinic with polite and knowledgeable staff. Peggy in the front office is so sweet and always efficient. I have followed Melissa wherever she goes because she is the best PT I have ever met and Ive worked with a lot of them! Melissa is super knowledgeable, efficient, gentle, and focused. She really listens to her patients and adjusts a plan of care to meet needs without ihibiting progress. She is an amazing human. Love her!!! The facility is comfortable and inviting with state of the art equipment and a great atmosphere. Promise you will be pleased!

Melissa is AMAZING!!!! I love the hands on approach that they do here. It works very well with the treatment of my fibromyalgia. I have progressed so much since I have been here (a little over a year I believe). It isn’t like an assembly line like some other offices can be. It is VERY easy to schedule an appointment when I need it with Peggy and the front desk staff! Love the friendly faces every time I come in. They always seem happy to see me 💜

I am so thankful my doctor recommended this clinic to help with my balance difficulties. Peggy always has a bright greeting and is so accommodating when discussing appointment changes; a happy environment upon entering is a definite positive! I have been discouraged for two year as I’ve declined, and fallen, but I truly feel that there’s hope for improvement after only two sessions with Melissa. I can’t rave enough about Melissa. Her expertise and ability to analyze, explain, and demonstrate my rehab is beyond compare. She is empathetic and encouraging, she truly listens, and she has made me feel for the first time that I may improve.

I had the pleasure of having Melissa as my physical therapist twice. The first time was post shoulder surgery. Melissa was so kind and encouraging and helped me get back to pre-surgery shape. The second time Melissa was my Physical therapist was during my pregnancy when I was battling horrible hip pain. Melissa worked with me in the clinic and also gave me several exercises to help alleviate the pain at home. Both times I worked with Melissa she was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about her areas of expertise. I have referred several friends to Melissa and they have all been as equally thrilled as I have been.

I have been dealing with dizziness and feeling awful for months! I tried a lot of different things and it seemed not much helped until I found Melissa at Fyzical. She has worked magic and I am feeling so much more like myself! Fyzical McKinney has been amazing and Melissa the PT was focused on getting me immediate relief the first session and then strengthening and dry needling since. Truly she has been a game changer for me and I am so thankful! This location and the people have been super clean, professional, and it has been an overall 5 star experience!

My experience with Neha Joshi was very productive, she is very professional, literally in one session she solved my problems with dizziness, with which I lived for two months after the accident! I am feeling so much more like myself! I would highly recommend Fyzical therapy.

I called Fyzical to schedule an appointment for some dizziness I was experiencing. Peggy answered and was extremely pleasant & helpful. Once she established that I was a new patient and what i needed to be seen for, she gathered my insurance information, scheduled my appointment, and gave me some instructions regarding an email she was sending me with paperwork to fill out. On the day of my appointment, I saw a physical therapist named Melissa - she was very professional and very knowledgeable about my condition. I really appreciated how patient she was, that she asked several questions, and also thoroughly explained everything she was going to have me do regarding movements and such. At this point, I have been treated several times, and my dizziness has been resolved. I highly recommend Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers because everyone was so friendly and professional... the facility is clean, well maintained, and a very pleasant environment... the whole process was very seamless for me.
