FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Lubbock, TX

I just completed therapy for hip and back pain and weakness. The compassionate and knowledgeable care I received was wonderful and I highly recommend this facility. Leslie, Marshall and Tara all worked with me on my treatment plan and not only made sure that my symptoms improved greatly, but that I had the knowledge and tools to keep the pain from coming back. I'm happily resuming line dancing and enjoying day to day activity.

I was 6 minutes late for an appointment. Leslie, the owner and lead therapist, berated me for what felt like 10 minutes. I felt like an errant child called into the principal's office. I think Leslie forgot that she works for me. Fyzical is no longer a safe place for me. I will miss the other delightful PTs and assistants. My doctor's order was for back and hip therapy due to a medical condition. I've had 7 sessions, 3 of which were spent on balance assessment and exercises. I do not have severe balance issues. Any unsteadiness may be due to my hip and back issues and may be alleviated by focusing on strengthening those areas. I have canceled my remaining sessions and am looking for a more compassionate service provider. I do not need another lecture about punctuality in the response.

FYZICAL is by far the best therapy I have ever had. I have had lots of therapy but never like this. Leslie is a lead therapists and was wonderful. She took incredible amounts of care and time in getting me set up for therapy. Annie was also also great in her treatments. I recovered quickly from my new knee replacement and was amazed with their compassion and understanding of my needs. I highly recommend this facility with a 100% confidence. You will not be disappointed🤩

Definitely the best physical therapy location I have been to. I started going after I had knee surgery. The front desk greets me by name every time I walk in and they are always quick and efficient. Every PT and PTA in the building is super nice and knowledgeable. They actually have me sad that I'm about to finish physical therapy. Definitely a good place to go.

This place has done phenomenal with my 5-year-old daughter, the best physical therapists in Lubbock Texas for that matter. We have been truly blessed by all of their services! I highly recommend!!! Not to mention, My daughter Maggie had a pretty good personal relationship with each one of the therapists I thought that was pretty special!!

At Fyzical I was met with highly qualified professionals, staff with an abundance of experience and a positive patient oriented attitude. Whether my questions were regarding billing, scheduling, or physical therapy treatments, I always promptly received the best answers and treatment possible in the most efficient manner. I cannot think of a better place for my physical therapy requirements and wellness. Thanks to their expert staff, my rehab following a major surgery was a breeze here at Fyzical.

I have been here for various joints after surgeries and now to strengthen my back. Each time has been an excellent, professional experience . They are all very knowledgeable and caring.
