The entire staff at is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and professional throughout my visit. They explained everything clearly, addressed all my concerns with care, and made me feel completely comfortable. I especially appreciated everyone for their friendly demeanor and genuine support. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking excellent physical therapy.

I highly recommend this place, I’ve now been here two separate times. I was seen by Dr Jeremy both times. He's great, and so is the rest of the staff & manager. The first time was after My 4th spine surgery and this time it was for a frozen shoulder from a tumor removal in my neck that went down into my shoulder & arm. I have now completed my therapy & have complete range of motion.

From scheduling appointments with Katie, to very thorough sessions with the therapist, and on the way to healing quicker, Fyzical Therapy has been an A+++ experience!

Lauren and the team are knowledgable and conscientious. They give great care to their patients, setting them on an individual path toward healing.

I have been treated by the staff at the Long's Pond location twice (once for neck/back injuries from a fall and the other for an issue with my knee) and were impressed with them every time. They were always friendly, professional, thoroughly answered all my questions, and very accommodating on scheduling treatment sessions. I was impressed with how they explained the exercises, what muscles would be involved and how the exercise would help with my recovery, and closely monitoring how I did the exercises to ensure I was doing them correctly and getting the most benefit from them, to include using the exercise equipment in the gym next door to the treatment facility.

Very professional and understanding of what you're dealing with. They're priority is to help you get back to where you were before having to get help.

My daughter and I were injured in a car accident and dealing with a great deal of pain in our neck and back. Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center on Longs Pond road was able to get us in immediately. I have had to speak with Brooke, our client care specialist, a few times and she is so kind and considerate, always giving her very best for my daughter and me. Upon entering the clinic, everyone greets you with kindness and a smile. We instantly felt welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere is calming and we pretty much feel at home. Being in pain and having to try new things in a new place can be intimidating, especially for a child, but everyone at this clinic does their very best to make you feel comfortable at all times. Our therapists, Lauren and Jeremy, are amazing. They take great care with us and have compassion for what we are going through. They listen and guide us directly through each process for healing. They have used several techniques with us and we can tell that the therapy is working. They also send us home with the tools we need to work on our pain at home. We look forward to our sessions with them. Although we haven't worked directly with Kalyn, we have seen her working with other patients in the clinic and she is also so compassionate and kind. I will highly recommend Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center, on Longs Pond Road, to anyone who may need rehabilitation and physical therapy. Every aspect of this clinic is exceptional but especially the team! This is the place to go for healing and getting yourself back to the way you were before the injury.
