FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Lehi

I absolutely love Brandon and his staff! I can't say enough about how friendly, knowledgable and professional they have been these past few months! Physical Therapy has been an enjoyable experience and gaining new friends was an added bonus. Brandon was amazing at listening and validating me and then coming up with a plan to help treat my condition. He was always very encouraging and helped me get back on track to working out. I can't say enough great things about him and his office. I feel very confident in recommending Brandon to others who are in need of physical therapy - they will be in good hands!

This review has been a long time coming, but I really truly loved going to Fyzical. I had really terrible ankle pain for about 6 years where if I walked too much one day I couldn’t walk at all the next. After going to Fyzical I felt like my ankle started to get better so quickly, and by the time I was done my ankle felt brand new. Honestly I was a little sad that my ankle felt perfect because I adore this office. It was the highlight of my week to go to Fyzical. The whole atmosphere is amazing! It feels like the team are all good friends and when you walk in they just invite you into their group. Brandon is just the best, and so good at what he does! He is very kind, knowledgeable, and so fun to chat with! Sam is so funny, so nice, and also so knowledgeable! He tried different exercises that I hadn’t thought of that were so helpful and he was so fun to talk to as well!! I love the team so much I still try and go out to lunch every once in a while with a few of them. You really couldn’t find a better office to help you than this one.

I appreciate the service I have always gotten from Brandon and his staff. They are professional and kind and have become good friends. I have referred many people who have asked about my experience there. They have helped me recover from 4 surgeries and I am now in very good physical health.

Brandon, Sam and Alicia are the best. They know exactly what it takes to heal an injury l. They work with top doctors and athletes as well! The environment there is great there!

I have been seeing Brandon for the last five years for my chronic neck issues. He has helped me immensely! The culture they have created in their office is something I rarely see— everyone is friendly, attentive, and they always check in to make sure you’re comfortable. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and has kept my symptoms at bay for years now. He’s always optimistic and you can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients.

Brandon spent 2 hours with me on my initial visit. He made sure I understood as much about my diagnosis and relevant anatomy as I wanted to. He even educated me on potential surgeries if therapy didn’t work. We developed an exercise program in office, ensuring pain was avoided. He was very thorough! I started feeling better the next day. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Sam was welcoming and helped me feel okay about caring for myself, something I am not good at. He took his time to explain to me and show me using his computer where the issues were and set goals. He was patient with my and my wife's many questions and really cared about my well being.

I started coming to this PT after being referred in 2019. Since then, I have been back every time I have something happen to me. Which unfortunately is a lot, at no fault of a provider. The entire staff is always friendly, professional, helpful, and welcoming. Brandon has always been someone who's opinion I trust completely. He has helped me figure out problems other doctors were ignoring, and through working together, we found better providers for what I need. Despite all of my injuries, Brandon and team are always getting me back to moving and functioning the way I want to. Once you find an excellent provider, you don't go anywhere else. You follow their direction, and be a good patient. Then you will have the desired outcome.
