I can’t say enough good thing about my experience over the years! This review is long over due! My husband and I first came to Justin when my husband had a serious car accident that left him in bad shape. Justin worked magic and helped to get him walking again and was a big help in his recovery. Later on I needed help with my back. I had been to see another physical therapist close to home and was not helped. My husband encouraged me to go see Justin. Justin spent the time and was able to help me. He really understands the body and knows how to figure things out and what needs to be done. This physical therapy office is outstanding in their care! Front office staff is pleasant and helpful. I am happy to recommend and am grateful for the great physical therapy! Five stars are not enough!

I have been to several physical therapy places throughout the years, and I can say confidently: This is flat out the best physical therapy office in Orange County. I have been working with Justin on a variety of injuries for the past three months or so. I tore my Tommy John, and he basically had me at 100% within the first month. We have since been working on my shoulders, and unfortunately now my ankle as well. The main factor that separates these guys is that you were never working with an aid, you spend your whole hour with the physical therapist. Even the front desk gals are amazing. 10/10!

Dr Justin Fesler and his team are phenomenal. They are the best physical therapists in the Lake Forest and maybe all of socal. He’s taken care of me, my mother, my father and countless friends. His professionalism and compassion are complimented by his use of good humor and the genuine connections he builds with his patients on their road to recovery. Totally recommend!

After extensive foot and ankle surgery, I started seeing Jennifer at Fyzical for swelling, to gain range of motion in my toes and overall balance. She has been incredible!! It has been a long (and not easy) road, but she has been my awesome PT-coach-champion all the way. She also has a great sense of humor and makes me laugh (through the physical pain + balance exercises - which is always appreciated). My surgeon is thrilled with my progress (all thanks to Jennifer). I highly recommend Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center in Lake Forest. The entire staff is welcoming and professional. They are top notch.

As a Senior with an aging post-fusion lower back, I set out to find a Physical Therapist who could give me spine treatments such as Deep Tissue Laser, manual hands-on therapy massage with stretching, shockwave therapy, etc that was individualized to my spine situation. And Justin, the owner of Fyzical in Lake Forest, lived up to his impressive credentials. He came highly recommended by credible healthcare professionals in the field. After seeing the initial improvement, I signed up for a package of 8 sessions, and it has benefited me to the point of being able to perform movements I hadn’t thought possible for a very long time. He’s a wonderful coach, and now I can get up from an extremely low slung sofa without any assistance from my arms at all. Even my knees are now fine with this! His treatment gives my core a feeling of freedom and comfort and well-being. And, Justin is very generous with any tips you might need to feel better. Well-run office, great Physical Therapist, with results!

I worked with the therapist here for 2 -3 months to rehabilitate my knee after total knee replacement. My orthopedic doctors said that I have made excellent progress.Justin gave me individual attention to help me strengthen and get back my range of motion in my knee. He spends a lot of time with his patients. He is very knowledgeable and skilled and kind. I would highly recommend this office for physical therapy of any kind.

I am fortunate to have found Dr. Justin Fesler as my physical therapist for my foot and back pain issues. He provided extraordinary care which resulted in the relief and eventual resolution to my chronic pain. Justin uses unique techniques that he has learned from years of extensive educational training and experience. I also sincerely appreciated how he would listen and take note of my input at each visit in order to customize the therapy session for my specific issues. He is attentive and personable which adds to the quality of his care. Dr. Justin also provided me with exercises to do at home which helped me continue to improve between PT visits.
