FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Imperial

Had an appointment today at 4:20 and was 6 minutes late due to traffic - I arrived at 4:26pm. . I was told I had to reschedule because I was late and the therapist would not have enough time with me (I was 6 minutes late, not 1/2 hour late) I explained to the front desk that I caught every traffic light on the way and I had completed all the paperwork online but she didn't care. I understand how being late can certainly put a "wrench" in things, but there was no reason the therapist could not be a little understanding and provide some latitude being the fact I was 6 minutes late. I tried reaching out to a manager but never received a call back.

Love my exercises and I believe they are helping. Ashley is good at giving me just what I need. Easy to work with and very friendly. I did almost all of them today and plan to continue when my sessions are over. Great experience.

Highly recommended for Top notch PT! Dr. Ashley @ the Imperial, Naples location is excellent - highly knowledgeable, professional and personable. She gets results! My mom and I are so pleased with the progress she has made with only 2 Zoom Telehealth visits under her belt. My husband had a bad fall and had severe vertigo after the fall. FYZICAL at Imperial in Naples got us in to see them the day after it was recommended to us. All the therapists were wonderful. Danielle and Ashley have been working with him and we are seeing results. We are very pleased with their expertise and compassion!

Matt is an outstanding therapist, totally dedicated to helping you reach the goals you have set. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and encouraging. He explains all exercises and. Their purpose clearly. Also Marissa is the best girl to welcome you into the facility. Extremely friendly and always willing to help you with reschedules etc. this facility has outstanding workers.

We are so very happy to have found Fyzical, specifically Dr. Reed as has been instrumental in my husband’s recovery. She is kind, caring, informative and honest in her treatment and recommendations. The experience has been nothing, but pleasant from the initial phone call throughout treatment.

I am currently receiving therapy after Rotator Cuff Repair Surgery. The Therapists work together so well I never miss a beat. My shoulder is progressing very well and I feel very confident with all my progress. Thank You Matt, Alex and Juanita...

I am throughly impressed with the extensive knowledge and professionalism Alex Chase and his student intern have shown during my physical therapy. After two appointments my knee has less pain and more range of motion.
