Not at all a good experience. Had some upper arm pain and went there for 5 visits and there was no improvement at all. The appointment won't last even for 20 mins, I think they deliberately want to prolong and not fix because they want you to keep coming back. Every visit I paid $50 but got a statement that I paid $38 and when I called I got some mumbo jumbo I don't understand. I did yoga and other YouTube exercises myself and my problem was fixed in few weeks. Waste of money...

All the physical therapists in this place are amazing and do a great job. Warning don't get Covid and miss an appointment. They will charge you $25.00 for the missed appointment! My husband called them on July 25th and told them he had Covid. They charged him a total of $50.00 for 2 missed appointments. Apparently they do not know covid protocols on how you can't go back to see a doctor until you test negative they thought he was gonna come back 2 days later? They took off the second missed appointment but won't take off the first one. How shameful!!

I went once because I had back pain and they told me that I have to come back 3 more times to feel better but because it didn’t help me I didn’t want to pay over $100 each time again. After a few months they sent me a bill for $75 for not coming back again. They made 3 appointments without me knowing and said I didn’t show up. I’m still happy they didn’t send me $7500 bill for not showing up. They could have said we made 100 appointment and each one is $25 for not showing up.

Before I came to Fyzical, I did my PT for ACL reconstruction at another location that was until my insurance cut me off and I had to pay out of pocket for sessions. I then decided to check the PT at the same site I had surgery, FORM orthopedics in Fremont, and was fortunate enough that they also offered me a discount since I had surgery there as well. At this point, 6 months post surgery I did not have full extension and still walked with a very serious limp and in complete pain. Being given answers from my old PT spot that my limp with miraculously be gone 2 weeks later over and over again for more then 6 months! It was here at Fyzical where I was finally diagnosed correctly for Chondromalacia, the last spot was making me do jumping drills, and telling me to run and jump rope when I couldn't do a single leg extension without extreme pain and popping this was also without even adding weights to the leg extension. As for squats I couldn't even do them, no added weight or even a bar yet that's how weak my quads were and they were telling me to run. Daryl and his staff did their magic: soft tissue work, cold laser, kino tape, and when we did exercises if I told him there was pain we would stop and he would switch up the routine or angles to accommodate, something my last spot never did, no matter how much I complained. Darryl told me the right timelines what to work on and after 2 months here with them I finally hit “0” extension and I was finally able to walk without a limp or agonizing pain. Darryl the entire staff, and especially Froilan have helped me get back on track to being pain free, moving around, and working out again. I never leave a session without Darryl or Froilan asking me how I am feeling or if I have any questions or what I need to be doing as for PT at home. Here I could tell they actually cared about me and wanted me to get better, I wasn’t some random person at the deli counter with a number waiting to be served. My heart goes out the entire staff for being wonderful and getting my body back to working again, and giving me hope that I can return to sports.

I completed my physical for my job at Tesla and was very impressed with the level of professionalism and the staff was great. I was in and out pretty fast and I received excellent service. I will highly recommend FYZICAL to others. Mark Badal | Tesla

Will shock you with a bill. Doesn't inform you ahead what insurance covers and what you need to pay. Front desk is not willing to help. Most of all the therapy didnt help
