Ended up so greatly disappointed in Fyzical. Two of the physical therapist were a pleasure to be around. I have nothing good to say about management of this business. John is one of the managers and he is not at all pleasant constantly stands and checks out all the ladies that are around. So much so my wife stopped going in with me because she felt so uncomfortable with him around. Doug started out ok then like a light switch being turned on he started to talk down to me and make rude comments about my treatment. The way they both talk to employees with clients around that can hear them is truly disgusting. My breaking point is when I was told Doug insisted that I was treated by a person I have never met or has any knowledge about my injury. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I think more highly of Colorado in Motion over this place due to management lack of professionalism from Doug, John and Nicole. After the response from this company nothing they said could be further from the truth. I had been unhappy with management for a long time and the total lack of professionalism from Management when addressing myself or overhearing how they talk to employees and other customers. Now calling people I was treated by as unqualified is truly disgusting. Furthermore my motivation for my review is so other people do not make the same mistake I made of picking this place in the first place. How dare you insult my intelligence by hinting that I have any other motivation. You are truly a disgusting business.

Went to this place specifically as I was suffering from vertigo and severe dizziness. My physical therapist was nice and discovered I had another issue in my neck but openly told me that she had no knowledge or experience in treating vertigo and would talk to her coworker for advice before our next session. I’m thankful she was honest but if you advertise vertigo service I expect to be seen with someone with that knowledge. I called to cancel my next scheduled appointment and told the receptionist I wasn’t returning and she told me she hopes I find what I’m looking for somewhere else which made it seem like my concerns weren’t valid. Especially because I paid out of pocket for this service.

My husband and I have been going here for several months. We both receive excellent care. Maggie, in particular has such a huge knowledge of what’s she’s doing. We always find relief after our appointments. She truly cares about her patients. Her bubbly personality is a bonus. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. We feel like a family member each time we visit. We would highly recommend making your appointments here.

This winter I chose to use Fyzical Therapy to try and find relief with a painful sciatic nerve that was not going away. I worked with Maggie and was very impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and kindness. She tried different treatments and monitored my flexibility and pain tolerance very carefully. What I really liked about Maggie was her ability to listen about my life/work schedule and tailor the exercises specifically for me. Within a couple months my pain was gone and I haven't had it return. The staff at this location were all very pleasant and professional, and I will use them again in the future if need be.

I mostly worked with Amanda B. on my "pinched nerve" issue i had in my hip/lower back. I had contacted my physician because I had tried seeing a chiropractor but there was no improvement and i was devastated by the everyday pain it caused me. I thought surgery was my only hope. My physician recommended seeing a physical therapist first before seeing a sports doctor. Amanda assessed me and said that she could have my issue resolved in about 8 weeks and she didn't suspect that I would require surgery. I saw improvement after a few weeks and after about 8 weeks I'm mostly pain free. I just need to keep on my recommended exercises. But this has been very life changing. I appreciate her and the staff of Fyzical so much. PT is not all "smoke and mirrors" I had originally thought. :-) Thank you so much!

In August 2019, I was involved in a car accident that required emergency surgery on my patella. Eight weeks later I had to find a physical therapist who could work with my work schedule, insurance, and situation. I was lucky enough to find Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center in Fort Collins. Everything from scheduling the first appointment to making payments has been quick and simple. Everyone I have met from Maggie to Tanner to Tommy and Tracy have been more than supportive, professional, and friendly. It almost makes me sad to think about being discharged. They all do their best to be sure they go above and beyond with everything they do. The exercises can be challenging, but Maggie and Tanner are very responsive to your input and they helped me resolve other aches and pains I experienced along the way. I highly recommend that if you need PT, to check them out. You won’t be sorry you did!

Wonderful PT facility. Staff is knowledgable, great to work with--Maggie and Traci are fabulous!-good variety of machines including MedX for lumbar, cervical and rotation rehab. Hands-on manipulation, Kinesio tape, dry needling, cupping, laser...they offer nearly all the therapies a good facility should have up their sleeve! 45-minute appointments (most places offer only 30-minute sessions) with genuine compassion and caring about their patients. You won't feel like you're in a cattle stampede for care or just a number to these folks. This is my third rehab there after getting hit yet again and even though the staff has changed over the years shifting from a small family-owned business to a larger company, they're still good!
