FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Fort Ben

I've completed several sessions at FYSICAL over the last 2½ weeks. Such a great team! From the very first call I've appreciated the professionalism of Zena, complemented by an attentiveness and warmth that let me know I'm cared about. Ailene B did a thorough assessment of my condition and plotted a path to reset my balance and give my pleasant life back. Ailene C has worked with me on treatment modalities with careful attention, responsiveness to my questions and concerns, and detailed explanations about what my body is experiencing and how the therapy will make it better. I should add that Ailene B came highly recommended for her knowledge and skills by physical therapist colleagues who have worked with her in the past. She and her staff have more than lived up to her reputation. I'm gradually getting better and am so thankful that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I cannot recommend Fyzical and their staff enough!! I've been going here for a few years with my husband who endures EDS and Dystonia. Both Eileen and Aries have given him excellent, focused, personal care and have greatly improved his quality of life. I've been going the past few months due to a back injury and Aries has given me my life back. Zena is amazing at what she does at the front desk and is an insurance warrior! Every single person here takes pride in what they do and genuinely care for every single person they encounter. My husband and I have found our physical therapists for life!

Eileen is truly amazing! I had the most incredible experience with her. I have struggled with Interstitial Cystitis for the past 5 years and been in incredible pain. She is gentle and caring and makes sure to ask a lot of questions to see what she can do to help ease your pain. I just got discharged today and am finally pain free. I thank God I met her when I did because she has helped me so much. I am blessed to say I am officially pain free! If you need a pelvic floor PT Eileen is the best out there. I have had many Pts and none compared to her. Thank you so much Eileen! I'm going to miss you but I'm glad I don't need to see you any longer 😉😉❤️

Eileen is absolutely amazing! I would recommend her to anyone. Always timely and professional. The building/rooms are clean. Zena holds the fort down at the front desk and is always helpful with appointments/insurance.

Great facility for your physical therapy needs. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Tom is a great coach, encouraging you to reach for goals you didn't realize you had. Spartan training has helped me ring the bell in my Spartan races!!!

This place is the best, best staff, patient and kind therapist. 10/10 would recommend, Eileen and Aries are amazing and very encouraging.
